辽宁工程技术大学应用技术学院毕业设计(论文)用纸
摘要
为了积极响应全国第二次土地调查,在辽宁省农村土地确权登记发证工作技术细则的基础上,对抚顺市郞士村地籍测量项目进行了详细的技术设计,可用于指导规范项目中的实际工作。该设计主要介绍了抚顺市郞士村地籍调查的目的、内容;土地权属调查的内容、原则、组织实施;地籍控制测量控制网的布设、地籍测量中的测量方法;界址点的精度要求、施测时的注意事项;地籍图、宗地图的绘制要求;地籍数据库系统的介绍及其数据入库的工作内容;测量成果的整理和提交。最后对此次项目进行了大致的总结,该方案设计后附有地籍调查表的模板。

Abstract
In order to respond the second Land Survey of Town Survey actively. On the basis of technical rules of right confirming, registering and certificating of Liaoning countryside land. The detailed technical design is made for the cadastral survey project of Langshi,Fushun land, and used to guide and regulate the pratical operation of the project. The design introduces the Fushun City Lang Shi village cadastral survey purpose, content; land ownership survey content, principles, organization and implementation; cadastral control survey control network layout, cadastral measurement methods of measurement; boundary point accuracy requirements Shi measured Cautions; cadastral maps, parcel maps drawn requirements; cadastral database and data warehousing systems introduced content of the work; measurement results collated and submitted. Finally, this project has been a rough summary, after the design of the program with a cadastral survey form template.
