某金矿年处理30万吨矿石选矿厂设计

摘要:按照毕业设计任务书的要求,进行了年处理30万吨某金矿选矿厂设计,产品为金精矿,设计地点为辽宁省庄河市。

为了选择和制定技术上先进,工艺成熟,生产上可靠,经济效益高的综合方案,本设计参考了大量相关选厂的设计资料,最终根据实际情况,确定了合理的各车间的工作制度,拟定了设计工艺流程,即采用三段一闭路破碎流程,一段闭路磨矿流程,一段一循环浮选工艺流程,先浓缩后过滤的两段脱水流程。通过设计,获得最终精矿品位为127.0g/t(原矿品位为4.7g/t)、回收率89.32%、精矿含水率8%的良好指标。

设计对工艺流程进行了工艺指标计算,包括破碎、筛分、磨矿、浮选(包括矿浆流程)和脱水流程。对破碎、筛分、磨矿、分级、浮选及脱水设备进行了选择计算,最终确定了工艺所需的工艺设备。

设计还进行了厂房的总体布置,并进行了厂房内的设备配置。根据选厂的地形条件,沿山坡地布置,其中,粗碎、中细碎、筛分厂房分开布置。磨矿浮选共厂房配置,其中磨矿采用纵向配置,浮选机采用横向配置。浓缩机配置在露天,过滤机与精矿仓配置在厂房内。完成了原则流程图、数质量及矿浆流程图、设备形象联系图、破碎筛分、磨浮、脱水车间平断面图共6张图纸。 关键词:选矿厂设计;金矿; 浮选

Abstract:Aaccording to therequirements of graduation design task book , the annual processing capacity of 300000 tons of gold ore dressing plant has been designed.The designed product is the gold concentrate.The dressing plant is located in Zhuanghe city,Liaoning province .

In order to select and develop the advanced and maturetechnology, reliableproduction, high economic benefit of comprehensive plan, the design has refered to a large

number of designinformation of relevant plant.Finallyaccording to the actual situation,I determine the reasonable working system of the workshop, and drew up the design process, which uses three section of a closed circuit crushing process, a closed circuit grinding process, a cycle flotation process and first concentrating then filter of two dehydration process. Through the design, getting the good indicator,which is that the the final concentrate grade is 127.0g / t ( ore grade is 4.7g / t ), the recovery rate is 89.32%, concentrate moisture content 8%.

The design calculates the process indexof the process flow, including crushing, screening, grinding, flotation ( including pulp flow ) and dehydration process.And selecting and calculating the crushing, screening, grinding, grading, flotation and dewatering equipment.Ultimately determining the process equipment which the process required for.

Also,the design completesthe general layout of the plantand the factory equipment.According to the topography of the plant site, the plant is set along the slope of mountain. The workshops of coarse crushing、middle crushing and fine crushing and screening are set independently.The workshops of grinding and flotation are put together, and the longitudinal and lateral plans are used for the mill and flotation machines respectively. The concentrate machines are separated from the filtering workshop and concentrate bins which are allocated inside.Completing the process layout, quality and pulp flowsheet, equipment image relation diagram, crushing and sieving, grinding floating, dewatering workshop layout diagram ,a total of6 drawings.
