摘 要
妇女在生产婴儿之后出现的一系列情绪低落的表现，如焦虑、抑郁、自卑、情绪不稳定等，称产后抑郁症，既Baby Blues。发生率占分娩妇女的5%~25%。其产生原因包括生理因素和心理因素。而产后抑郁症的危害与其严重程度呈正相关，主要表现为对婴儿及对自己的影响。良好的护理可以为产妇和婴儿提供周全的照顾，避免对产妇的不良精神刺激，为产妇制造一个安全舒适的环境。

Abstract: Women in the production of baby after a series of depressed performance, such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, emotional instability, known as postpartum depression, both Baby the Blues. The incidence of 5% to 25% of women giving birth. Its causes, including physiological factors and psychological factors.
