日产12000吨水泥熟料水泥厂生料粉磨与废气处理工艺系统工艺设计

摘 要

本次设计的题目日产12000吨水泥熟料水泥厂生料粉磨与废气处理工艺系统工艺设计。在设计过程中,我参考了芜湖海螺三线万吨线设计,以及《新型干法水泥厂工艺设计》一书中的经典数据,结合大量文献。但是,还有很多缺点,希望能够谅解。本次设计的内容包括:1、对水泥行业国内外最近发展动态和原料粉磨设备立磨的发展趋势进行综述。2、确定初步方案:参照国内设计一万吨线的经验,大胆创新,选择窑的型号为Φ6.2×90m,在此基础上选择生产能力更大的设备,绘制全厂工艺流程图和全厂布置图。3、进行配料设计和物料平衡计算,并绘制物料平衡表。4、根据物料平衡表中得出的数据,参考设备选型经典公式,进行设备选型计算。5、本次设计侧重在生料粉磨与废气处理,选型主要包括:石灰石破碎设备、生料粉磨设备、增增湿塔、收尘设备、输送设备和其他附属设备。并绘制主机选型设备表6、绘制生料系统工艺流程图和各主要设备的剖面图,并标注尺寸和和设备代号。本次设计中的重点是生料粉磨与废气处理。从国内外诸多水泥厂建设过程的经历来看,主机选型特别是生料磨的选型合理与否是影响项目投资、工程进度和投产后经济效益的重要因素。参照万吨线应选择立磨三风机系统,一条线配备两台立磨。随着余热发电技术的发展,从窑过来的废气经SP锅炉余热发电达到节能的目的。另外一部分废气经过增湿塔后去烘干原料,为以后的烧成降低热耗节约能源。

ABSTRACT

This design topic 12,000 tons of cement clinker grinding and exhaust raw cement process system process design. In the design process, I consulted wuhu conch third-line tons line design, and the NSP cement plant process design in a book, combined with extensive literature classic data. But, there are many shortcomings, hoping to understanding. This design includes: 1, the content of cement industry in recent developments at home and abroad and raw material grinding equipment development trend of the mill is summarized in this paper. 2, determine the preliminary plan: refer to the experience of domestic design 10,000mt line, bold innovation, choose the type furnace Φ 6.2 x 90m for, and based on this, choose production capacity greater equipment and draw the whole process flow diagram and factory layout. 3 and ingredients design and material balance calculation, and drawing material balance. 4, according to the data obtained from the material balance, reference equipment selection of classic formulas, equipment selection calculation. 5, this design focusing on the raw, grinding and waste gas treatment selection mainly includes: the limestone and crushing equipment, raw grinding equipment, add humidification tower, dust collecting equipment, transportation equipment and other ancillary equipment. And map host selection equipment table 6, draw raw system flow chart and the main equipment, and obtain the section size and and equipment code. The key is in the design of grinding and raw waste gas treatment. From the domestic and foreign many cement plant construction process experience to see, the host selection especially raw or not is the reasonable grinding selection affects project investment, project progress and economic benefits after production of the important factors. Reference tons of wire should be chosen grind three fan system, a line equipped with two vertical grinding.
