摘 要
本文从工业设计的角度出发,对家用榨汁机进行造型与结构设计。通过前期的市场调研,并查阅了大量的文献资料,了解并掌握了榨汁机的工作原理,对现有榨汁机的造型有了深入认识和设计想法。
此款榨汁机采用手动榨汁的方式,通过手摇把手转动,带动齿轮传动系统将力传递给螺旋推进杆进行榨汁,榨汁效率高,可以很好地实现渣汁分离。在结构造型方面,可以让使用者操作起来更加的协调舒适。榨汁机色彩主要以绿色为主,意味着新鲜的果汁给人们带来健康、安全的生活。整个榨汁机的材料使用食品级安全塑料PP,对于健康有保证,让人们可以放心安全使用。
在电器充斥生活每个角落的年代,采用传统的手动方式进行榨汁,可以让人们体验劳动的快感,燃起对生活的热爱。

THE SHAPE AND STRUCTURE DESIGN OF JUICER
Abstract
From the perspective of industrial design,the essay introduces the modeling and structural design of juicer machine. Through the pre-research about market of the juicer machine ,with the access to a large number of documents,it understands and master the working principle of juicer machine .What’s more,it has in-depth understanding of the shape and design ideas about the existing juicers.
The design of the juicer uses manual control way.By rotating hand grip,the driving force is transmitted to screw that is used to juice by the gear transmission system . The juicing efficiency is high ,you can achieve a good separation of the residue and juice of the fruits .In terms of structural modeling,it allows users to operate more coordinated and comfortable.Juicer color is mainly based on green,it means that the fresh juices can bring people healthy and safe life.Whole Juicer material uses food grade safe plastic material PP,it is guaranteed for healthy.So that people can be assured to use safely.
In the age of electric equipment,juicing by conventional way can allows people to experience the thrill of labor and arouse the love of life.
