摘 要
随着我国经济的发展，产业结构不断完善，我国的出口产品结构逐渐调整，由劳动密集型低附加值产品的出口向资本密集型高附加值产品出口转变。面对激烈的国际市场竞争，我国出口的信息技术产品科技含量低、质量次，仍需要进一步完善，提高产品竞争力，扩大出口。通过不懈的努力我国的高新技术产品出口所占比重不断上升，信息技术产品出口数量日益增加。我国高新技术产品贸易在经过“十五”期间的高速增长后，在进入“十一五”之年依然保持了稳定的增长势头。同时，随着高新技术产品整体贸易顺差的出现，在不同技术领域、贸易伙伴、企业类型等方面呈现出较大差异。信息技术产业是我国成长最快、最重要的产业之一，同时，又是对我国产业结构调整有重要作用的产业。我国政府已制定了若干有利于信息技术产业发展的政策、法规和制度。通过完善产业体系，确保骨干产业稳定增长；立足自主创新，突破关键技术；以应用带发展，大力推动业务创新和服务模式创新，强化信息技术在经济社会各领域的运用。促进了信息技术产业的发展，对经济发展以及结构调整发挥带动作用。本文结合当前国内外形势，运用经济学原理与理论知识，研究信息技术产业对国民经济影响的程度。全文重点分析了信息技术产业的发展现状，同时对信息技术产业的出口做了分析，对我国信息技术产业发展趋势进行了讨论，从而有针对性地提出适合我信息技术产业发展的策略。第一，充分发挥信息技术产业在经济结构战略性调整和经济社会全面发展中的能动作用，以信息化带动工业化，以工业化促进信息化，走出一条中国特色的信息技术产业发展道路。第二，完善信息技术应用政策，充分发挥政府职能。第三，企业根据当前形势，加强自主创新能力，促进成果转化，积极寻求新的市场增长点。

ABSTRACT
As China's economic development, improve the industrial structure, China will gradually adjust the structure of export products, from labor-intensive exports of low value-added products to the capital-intensive exports of high value-added change. Faced with fierce competition in the international market, China's exports of information technology products with low technology content, quality time, still need to further improve and enhance product competitiveness, expand exports. Through the unremitting efforts of high-tech products export of China's share of rising exports of information technology products is growing. China's high-tech products trade in the after \Five-Year\period of rapid growth after entering the” Eleventh Five-Year” and remained in a stable momentum of growth. At the same time, the overall trade surplus of high-tech products with the emergence of technology in different fields, trading partners, business types and so on. China's information technology is one of the most important industries. My Government has developed a number of IT industry is conducive to the development of policies, regulations and systems. Through the improvement of industrial system, to ensure the steady growth of key industries. In this paper, the current situation at home and abroad, the use of economic principles and theoretical knowledge, research information technology industry on the national impact. The full text focus the information technology industry status, while the export of information technology products to do the analysis, the development of China's information technology industry trends are discussed in order to put forward information technology products for my development strategy. First, give full play to the information technology industry in the strategic adjustment of economic structure and economic and social development of the dynamic role in information-based industrialization, promotion of information, out of Chinese characteristics, and the information technology industry development. Second, improves the application of information technology policy, and gives full play to the functions of government. Third, the enterprises in accordance with the current situation, to strengthen the capability of independent innovation, promote the transformation and actively seek new market growth.
