题目：药板装盒机结构设计 摘要： 随着社会的不断发展以及人们对自身健康的关注，国内医药行业迎来了高速发展。无论是药品的种类还是数目都不断扩大，传统的药盒封装机因为工作效率过低，已经不能满足当今社会的需要，因此对药品包装技术提出了新的要求。 本次课题旨在设计一个能实现自动将药板推入折叠的纸盒中，并完成折舌，封盖等功能的药板装盒机。本文通过各种方案的对比，对折叠纸盒撑开机构以及推药板入盒、折舌、封盖等机构进行了详细的设计分析，并对药板装盒机的整体机械系统进行了三维造型与装配。其中，封盖机构是整个设计中的关键。 关键词： 药板 自动化 装盒 折舌 封盖

Title Design the structure of medicine board cartoning machine Abstract: With the continuous development of society and people concerned about their health, the domestic pharmaceutical industry ushered in the rapid development. Both in drug kinds and number of growing, the traditional medicine packaging machine for work efficiency is too low, can't meet the needs of today's society, therefore, puts forward new requirements for pharmaceutical packaging technology. This topic aims to design a can realize automatic push medicine plate into the folding carton, and complete the folding tongue, block, and other functions of medicine board cartoning machine. In this paper, through comparing various options, to push open the folding carton of institutions and medicine board into the box, tongue folding, sealing etc are analyzed in detailed design, and the whole of medicine board cartoning machine for 3d modeling and assembly of mechanical system. Among them, the sealing mechanism is a key in the whole design. ?
