易观国际认为,阿里巴巴上马供应链管理,意在通过为客户提供业务流程外包服务和在线系统服务,深入到企业的核心业务流程中,获得从企业采购、分销等流程带来的供应链上下游资源。同时,更多供应链系统的汇集也将有助于在阿里巴巴平台形成一个更大规模的电子集市,从而形成正反馈,反过来使企业的供应链资源得到更强整合。易观由此得出结论,认为阿里巴巴由此已经涉足到了B2B2C领域。

另一方面,通过这些有阿里巴巴提供的全套管理软件,所有的阿里巴巴客户都会从中收益。通过以上软件将会对企业的供应链管理;内部管理;客户管理;财务管理带来深刻的变化。改变某些企业,特别是中小企业在管理上的诸多漏洞;和不规范行为。提升企业客户自身企业综合竞争优势。为企业国际化打下坚实的基础。

阿里巴巴作为一家立足中国企业面向世界的网络商务窗口,从一开始就沿着企业国际化道路发展,并通过企业国际化道路获得非凡的成功。并通过其自身的努力,促使越来越多的中国企业,尤其是占中国企业总数决大多数的中小企业走进电子商务领域。使用其个性化的服务,不但使得更多企业踏出国门打入国际市场。更多的是阿里巴巴通过企业培训和提供丰富企业咨询使得更多企业走向成熟;走上国际化道路。随着时间的推移,我们相信。阿里巴巴作为中国最大的最有影响里的电子商务网站,作为中国企业面向全球的国际化网络平台。在中国企业国际化道路上起到越来越重要的推进作用。
