摘 要
本文简要介绍了当前主流化工设计和流程模拟软件ChemCAD的应用范围、使用方法及其功能扩展。ChemCAD是美国Chemstations公司开发的化工流程模拟软件, 广泛应用于化学和石油工业、炼油、油气加工等领域中,为工艺开发、工程设计、优化操作和技术改造提供理论指导。
工业化生产甲乙酮主要有正丁烯两步法和丁烷液相氧化法2种方法。国外主要生产厂家有ExxonMobil 化学公司、Shell 公司和日本丸善石油化学株式会社,国内生产厂家有新疆独山子天利高新技术有限公司,辽宁抚顺石油化工二厂,山东齐翔腾达化工有限公司、山东济南炼油厂等10 家。2002 年我国甲乙酮的市场表观消费量为1712 万t ,主要消费区域在华南和华东。2004年全球甲乙酮产能约130万t/ a,总需求量约为100万t/ a。截至2005年上半年,我国甲乙酮的总生产能力约为21万t/ a;预计2010年我国甲乙酮的总生产能力将达3510万t/ a,总需求量将达到约3415万t /a。

Simulating the Methyl Ethyl Ketone production of 1,500 tons per
year by ChemCAD

Abstract
The range of application,detailed operation method and function's expansion of ChemCAD,a software of design and simulation of chemical engineering process,has been introduced in this paper. ChemCAD produced by Chemstations Inc U.S.A is a process simulator for modeling steady state and unsteady state processsystems.It is used widely in many fields such as chemical engineering, petrochemistry, oil refining, oil gas process etc.
N-Butylene based two-step process and butane based liquid oxidation process are the main commercial methods for methyl ethyl ketone production. The main foreign producers are Exxon Mobil , Shell and Maruze ,and there are 10 producer at home , i. e. Xinjiang Dushanzi Tianli Company ,Liaoning Fushun No. 2 Petrochemical Plant ,Shandong Qixiang Tengda Chemical Company and Shandong Ji’nan Refinery. In 2002 , the apparent consumption of methyl ethyl ketone in China was 17.120 million tons with the main consume area in east and south of China. In 2004 the global production capacity of methyl ethylketone was about 1.30million tons, total demand was 1 million tons. By the first half year of 2005, the production capacityofmethyl ethyl ketone was 210 thousand tons per year in China. It is forecasted that in 2010 the product capacity and demand would be 35.10 million tons and 34.15 million tons respectively.
