指纹图像去噪算法的研究

摘 要

指纹图像去噪有很多算法。本文主要研究基于经典算法中均值滤波、维纳滤波、中值滤波以及目前处理效果最好的小波变换去噪算法的指纹图像去噪。

本文第一章介绍了本课题研究的背景和意义以及指纹图像去噪的国内外研究现状。第二章对指纹图像去噪中的经典算法进行了深入的研究分析。第三章对小波变换算法解决指纹图像噪声问题进行了分析。第四章对上述所研究的算法进行了实际的仿真验证。最后是对全文的总结。通过第二章、第三章对理论的研究后,深入的了解了指纹图像去噪的原理过程,以及指纹图像去噪算法的理论基础,并基于国际指纹库指纹分别用上述算法对高斯噪声和椒盐噪声进行去噪仿真实验,实验结果表明在相同指纹图像条件下,经典算法在椒盐噪声混入情况下,处理效果较好,小波变换算法对于混入高斯噪声的指纹图像去噪具有明显优势。

指纹图像去噪算法的研究

Abstract

There are a lot of algorithm for fingerprint image denoising. This paper mainly studies based on the classical algorithm of mean filter, wiener filtering, median filtering, and the best treatment effect of wavelet transform denoising algorithm of fingerprint image denoising.

In this paper, the first chapter introduces the background and significance of this topic research and the research status at home and abroad the fingerprint image denoising. The second chapter of the classic algorithms of fingerprint image denoising the thorough analysis of the research. The third chapter to solve the problem of fingerprint image noise wavelet transform algorithm is analyzed. The fourth chapter on the above study of actual simulation verification algorithm. The fifth chapter, the full text of the summary. Through the second chapter, the third chapter, the study of theory, in-depth understanding of the principle of the fingerprint image denoising process, as well as the theoretical basis of fingerprint image denoising algorithm, and based on the fingerprint fingerprint respectively using the algorithm of gaussian noise and salt and pepper noise denoising simulation experiment, the experimental results show that under the condition of the same fingerprint image, classic algorithms under the mixed with salt and pepper noise, better treatment effect, the wavelet transform algorithm for mixed with gaussian noise has obvious advantages in fingerprint image denoising.
