4了解没有兼职经历的大学生对兼职公司的印象及要求 以更好的促进兼职公司的发展 调查时间:2012年10月

调查方式:焦点小组座谈会,问卷调查 调查地点:湖南商学院

样本情况: 共发放120份问卷,回收到119份,问卷回收率约为99.16%。

其中被过滤掉的问卷有25份,有效问卷率约为79%。

大学生兼职情况调查报告

在当今社会,兼职现象已经是越来越普遍,尤其是在大学生群体中。可以说,兼职对于大学生来说已经不仅仅是意味着一份收入,更是意味着一次实践的机会、一次挑战自我的机会。兼职不仅仅能够开拓大学生的视野;树立当代大学生自己的核心世界观、主流价值观;更是能够为以后的工作积累一定的社会经验。因此,可以说兼职公司在做大学生兼职这一块上存在着巨大的市场。 进而,在此次市场调查中本小组以大学生兼职为主题。将调查所得数据进行分析整理,我们整理出了以下信息。

1受访者基本特征分布

1.1受访者性别分布

在所回收到119份问卷中,填写了性别信息的44份。该问题的信息有效率为37%。在该信息的有效问卷中,受访者中有男生10人,所占百分比为22.7%;剩余34人为女生,所占百分比为77.3%。结合我校大学生男女比例分布情况,受访者性别分布比例认识比较合理的。 1.2受访者年级分布

在回收到的119份问卷中,只有44人填写了该信息,信息的有效回收率为37%;在填写了该栏的大学生中:大一的有21人,所占比重为47.7%;大二的有7人,所占比重为5.9%;大三的有11人,所占比重为25.0%;大四的有4人,所占比重为9.1%;还有一人不是大学生,比重为2.3%。结合采访者及我校现状分析,受访者年级分布,一是与采访者自身的年级分布有关,毕竟采访这位大一学生,相对而言会结识跟多的大一生;二是与时间有关,大四学生处于毕业期,不少大四生已返乡,因而受访者中大四学生比重较小。
