摘要

本工程为江西省南昌市新力帝泊湾小区一栋高层民用住宅。此文件是根据毕业设计的要求,结合本工程的具体情况和有关现行规范、规程等资料,编制的单位工程施工组织设计文件。一个科学的施工组织设计,将使建筑施工活动协调有序,提高工作效率,达到缩短工期、降低成本、争创优质的效果,并争评省优秀工程。

本单位工程施工组织设计分为七章,分别是工程概况、施工方案、工程量计算书、施工准备、施工组织及施工进度计划、施工平面布置、安全施工措施。通过熟悉设计资料和图纸,估算出整个工程量,并结合预算定额的相关要求和规范,合理安排施工顺序,充分利用机械设备,努力提高劳动效率,组织现场安全、文明施工及环境保护,从而确保工程的安全和质量。

Abstract

This project in nanchang, jiangxi province as for Sony Dili Bay Park like a high-rise residential area, according to the requirements of graduation design, combined with the project of specific conditions and relevant current codes of such material, engineering construction unit design documents. A science of the construction organization design, will make construction activities coordination and orderly, improve work efficiency, to shorten the construction period, lower cost and strive for the excellent result, and for provincial excellent project.

The project is divided into 8 the construction organization design, engineering, construction scheme, the quantity of calculations, preparations for construction, deployment, construction schedule and construction layout, construction safety measures. Through the design information and drawings, familiar with the quantity, estimated budget norm and the relevant requirements and specifications, reasonable arrangement of the construction sequence, make full use of mechanical equipment, improve work efficiency, organization, civilized construction site safety and environment protection, thus ensuring the safety and quality of engineering.

前言

前 言

施工组织设计的作用是对拟建工程施工的全过程实行科学的管理的重要手段。通过施工组织设计的编制,可以全面考虑拟建工程的各种施工条件,扬长避短,拟定合理的施工方案,确定施工顺序、施工方法、劳动组织和技术经济的组织措施,合理地统筹安排拟定施工进度计划,保证拟建工程按期投产或交付使用;也为拟建工程的设计方案在经济上的合理性,在技术上的科学性和实施工程上的可能性进行论证提供依据;还为建设单位编制基本建设计划和施工企业编制施工计划提供依据。

施工企业可以提前掌握人力、材料和机具使用上的先后顺序,全面安排资源的供应与消耗;可以合理确定临时设施的数量、规模和用途;以及临时设施、材料和机具在施工场地上的布置方案。如果施工组织设计编制的合理,能正确反映客观实际,符合建设单位和设计单位的要求,并且在施工过程中认真地贯彻执行,就可以保证工程的顺利进行,取得好、快、省和安全的效果,早日发挥基本建设投资的经济效益和社会效益。

从计算工程量开始,根据最小工作量面安排劳动人数和劳动定额,排出施工进度计划,再由进度计划安排出资源需用量表,根据资源需用量计划来将限有施工场地进行布置,最后设立安全、文明和季节性施工措施。完成最终的单位工程施工施工组织设计。从中可以让我们更熟悉工程清单计价规范,掌握工程量计价规则,熟悉计算过程中需要注意的事项,运用AutoCAD绘制施工场地布置图和进度计划和资源需用量,结合相应的消耗量定额及用水用电定额安排和布置临时工程。

所以选择施工组织日志作为毕业设计的意义就在于通过对一项完整的单位工程的施工组织设计进行编制,我们对整个施工过程就有一个完整和系统的认识,还能培养自身综合分析问题和解决问题的能力,以及组织管理和协作能力,培养自己严谨、扎实的工作作风,强烈的事业心和责任感。
