摘 要

受传统思想的影响,社会体制存在一定的不足,教师和家长的观念存在偏

差,学生课业负担过重,严重阻碍实施素质教育。上至政府、下至普通百姓以及媒体,减轻学生过重负担的呼声越来越高。在新课程改革的过程中,我们应当正确认识学生的“课业负担”,让学生课业合理化.为了改变当前教学教学中学生过重的问题,使青少年健康成长,“减负”必须抓出成效。导致中小学课业负担过重的原因是多方面的,比如学校为了升学率的提高,教师的素质不高,家长的期望值过高。当然这不是全部的,但这些问题不是一时一刻就能解决的。我们只有认清原因,对症下药,运用一些有效对策:如学校端正教学思想,更新教学观念。教师严格做到“三精”,精心备课、精当教学、精简作业,当家长的则应该尊重和理解孩子,一起有效的解决中小学课业负担过重问题。

ABSTRACT

By the influence of traditional ideas, the social system exists to a certain lack of teachers and parents to the concept of bias, an excessive burden on students' academic, a serious impediment to the implementation of quality education. From the government, down to ordinary people and the media, and reduce students' too heavy a burden of the voice is getting higher and higher. The new curriculum reform process, we should correctly understand the student's \rationalize.\Teaching overweight problem, to enable young people to grow up healthy. Lead to primary and secondary academic burden heavy are many reasons, such as school enrollment rate improved, the quality of teachers is not high, high parental expectations. Of course, this is not all, but these problems is not a quarter past one will be able to solve. We only have a clear understanding of the reasons, the right medicine, the use of some effective countermeasures correct: such as schools teaching ideas, update teaching concepts. The teacher strictly be \precise and appropriate teaching, streamlining operations, and when parents should respect and understand children,Effective solution with the primary and secondary heavy academic burden.
