The legal regulation of domestic violence
Abstract: Family violence is a global phenomenon, in all countries in the world have the varying degree existence. Women are victims of domestic violence. Domestic violence not only violated the human rights of victims, but also the destruction of family relationships and the destruction of civilization. The progress of social civilization needs the effective regulation on domestic violence. At present no special anti domestic violence law, the family violence prevention norms contained in the civil law, criminal law, administrative law and other laws and regulations, there are significant deficiencies legislation against domestic violence in China, it is difficult to obtain good effect in practice. Family violence prevention special legislation has become an urgent task in the legislature. This paper is mainly through the analysis of the present situation of our family violence, in reference to foreign experience, put forward the construction of multiple control and elimination of domestic violence concept, and put forward related suggestions of legislation.
