摘 要
10kv贯通线是电气化铁道十分重要的组成部分,它担负着向铁道沿途的车站信号、通信、电气集中连锁、照明、检修设备等供电的责任,因此确保它的安全运行,对整条电气化铁道的安全运行有着十分重要的意义。
铁道供电属于高压电范畴,供电线路及设施始终伴随铁道延伸,设备多、里程长,地理和气候环境影响大,工作条件恶劣。根据铁道部有关规程的规定:变配电所、自闭线、贯通线等供电设施,是重要的行车装备。铁道供电的负荷属于一级负荷,如果发生供电中断,将导致铁道运输秩序混乱或运输中断,甚至发生运输设备损坏、人身伤亡事故,造成重大的经济损失和社会影响。因此为了保证铁道运输的安全正点,要求铁道电网的供电必须安全可靠。所以电气化铁道电力供电必须为铁道行车的装置和设施提供质量合格的电能,保证不间断的可靠供电。
本文从10kv贯通线施工设计的特点出发,结合当前电气化铁路贯通线施工设计的新材料、新工艺、新技术完成了贯通线的施工设计,其整个设计能够满足各项要求。

Abstract
10kv line is electrified railway through a very important part of it bears along the way to the railroad station signals, communications, electrical focus chain, lighting, maintenance equipment and other power supply's responsibility, so make sure it's safe operation, the entire electrified railways safe operation has a very important significance.
High voltage power supply belongs to category railroad, power lines and facilities is always accompanied by railway extension, equipment and more, long mileage, geography and climate impact, poor working conditions. According to the Ministry of Railways Statutes: transformer substation, self-closing lines, through lines, power supply facilities, is an important driving equipment. Railway power load is a load, if there is a power interruption will cause disorder or transport rail transport disruption, and even transportation equipment damage, personal injury or death, resulting in significant economic losses and social impacts. Therefore, in order to ensure the safety of railway transport punctuality, requiring railroad power grid must be safe and reliable. So electrified railway power supply must be driving railroad installations and facilities to provide acceptable quality power to ensure uninterrupted and reliable power supply.
This line from 10kv through construction design features, combined with the current construction of electrified railway line through the design of new materials, new processes, new technology to complete the through line construction design, the entire design can meet the requirements.

1 工程概况及特点
1.1 工程概况
本工程系某区间电力供电工程,因其原有贯通线路已使用多年,现已不能满足供电质量、安全与美观的要求,为了使该区其基础设施的建设也应与之相配套,本次贯通线的改造是其改造工程内容之一。工程竣工后,必须为铁道行车的装置和设施提供质量合格的电能,保证不间断的可靠供电。能够满足现有用电负荷及未来发展的需要,因此我方对此次工程投标十分重视,力求工期短、质量高。
通过我方对施工现场实地勘察、研究认为抓住重点部分,精心组织人员,分区、分段、集中与分散的施工,确保工程如期保质完成。
1.2 施工条件
(1) 施工现场“三通一平”已具备; (2) 主要施工设备已具备;
(3) 工程所需材料在开工3天后进入施工现场。
1.3 施工特点
改造的目的:当线路运行了一定时间之后,由于线路的老化,其绝缘程度降低、过电流及负荷能力减少,这样会影响线路的安全与经济运行,降低线路使用寿命。因此,必须对线路进行改造。
施工特点:这部分主要是根据施工图纸,结合调查资料,简练地概括工程全貌,综合分析,突出重点问题。对新结构、新材料、新技术、新工艺及施工的难点尤其应该重点说明。具体内容为:设计特点;结构设计特点;建设地点的特征;施工条件:主要说明:水、电、道路及场地的“三通一平”、现场临时设施、施工现场及周围环境等情况;当地的交通运输条件,预制构件生产及供应情况;施工企业机械、设备、劳动力的落实情况;内部承包方式、劳动组织形式及施工管理水平等。
通过上述分析,应当指出单位工程的施工特点和施工中的关键问题,以便在选择施工方案、组织资源供应、技术力量配备,以及在施工准备工作上采取有效措施,使解决关键问题的措施落实于施工之前,使施工顺利进行,提高施工企业的经济效益。
其特点为:在规定的期限内完成规定的全部作业,达到质量标准,确保机组安全、经济运行以及锅炉房建筑物和构筑物的牢固。尽量采用先进工艺和新技术、新方法,积极推广新材料、新工具、提高工作效率,缩短线路工期。
