摘要
本施工组织设计是针对桧溪新址供水厂土方开挖、混凝土浇筑、厂房施工、管道安装等施工的综合性文件。编制时对施工总体部署、施工准备、主要施工方法、工程质量保证措施、安全及文明施工措施等诸多因素尽可能充分考虑，突出科学性、适用性及针对性，是确保优质、低耗、安全、文明、高速完成施工任务的重要经济技术文件。
本施工组织设计主要包括以下内容：工程概况、施工总布置、土石方工程、钢筋混凝土工程、厂房施工、测量、安全保证措施等。为确保工期、质量及安全、文明工地，节约成本等条件，编制出切实可行的施工方案。以指导施工顺利地完成本工程项目的建设，控制工程成本，创建优质工程。

Abstract
The construction design documents for the the HuiXi water supply plant of the new site earthwork excavation, concrete pouring, plant construction, pipeline installation, construction. Prepared on the construction of the overall deployment, construction preparation, the main construction methods, quality assurance measures, safe and civilized construction measures and many other factors as far as possible give full consideration to the outstanding scientific applicability and relevance is to ensure high quality, low-power, security , civilized, high-speed to complete the construction task of economic and technical documents.
The organizational design of the construction including the following: overview of engineering, construction layout, earthwork, reinforced concrete works, plant construction, measurement, safety assurance measures. 前言
近几年，中国城镇化速度加快，因而急需供水厂的建设以保证城镇需水量和安全饮水的要求。对于供水厂的建设标准越来越高，在保证工程质量的同时还必须达到供水的设计要求，并且在水污染日益严重的今天还必须保证饮水质量达标，所以供水厂不仅起到供水的作用，还起到净水的作用。所以，修建供水厂的难度是较大的。
本毕业设计为云南省永善县桧溪镇新址供水厂施工组织设计，主要包括工程概况、施工总布置、土石方开挖、钢筋混凝土工程、厂房施工、道路施工、管道铺设、设备安装等内容。
其中综合说明部分主要对桧溪新址供水厂所在地区地址、交通等工程概况及具体施工进度进行了简要的概述；施工总布置部分对施工所需要的风、水、电、混凝土供应等进行了详细的部署，为施工做好先期准备；土石方工程、混凝土工程、钢筋混凝土工程、厂房施工、管道铺设是本施工组织设计的重点，从施工准备到工程竣工，为基础的开挖、混凝土的浇筑提供了技术保证。 环境保护管理以保证工程在施工期间减小对附近环境污染和破坏，而文明施工管理的编写使工程得以安全、有序、高效、文明的进行。
