6、化学品安全技术说明书编写和使用要求
1 编写要求
安全技术说明书规定的十六大项内容在编写时不能随意删除或合并，其顺序不可随意变更。各项目填写的要求、边界和层次，按\填写指南\进行。其中十六大项为必填项，而每个小项可有三种选择，标明[A]项者，为必填项；标明[B]项者，此项若无数据，应写明无数据原因（如无资料、无意义）；标明[C]项者，若无数据，此项可略。
安全技术说明书的正文应采用简捷、明了、通俗易懂的规范汉字表述。数字资料要准确可靠，系统全面。
安全技术说明书的内容，从该化学品的制作之日算起，每五年更新一次，若发现新的危害性，在有关信息发布后的半年内，生产企业必须对安全技术说明书的内容进行修订。
