随着我国市场经济的深入发展,民营企业员工激励问题日益受到关注。由低水平的员工激励而导致的各种问题制约着企业的发展,如何提高员工激励,稳定人才队伍,增强企业凝聚力,提高人才的工作绩效,己成为民营企业所面临的主要问题。
和其他企业一样,XX公司也同样面临着员工激励的严重挑战。本文研究的目的就是分析导致XX公司员工激励低下的原因,针对公司的实际情况,提出行之有效应对策略。论文通过大量的调查和历史资料分析,对导致员工激励问题的各种因素进行了详尽的考察分析,得出其原因。为了更深入的了解,笔者与公司办公室、相关人员和企业高层领导进行了访谈,得出导致公司激励低下的主要原因是工资待遇低、缺少相关福利制度,没有形成良好的企业文化,对公司发展前景缺乏信心、管理者的不近人情等。
本文运用理论与实践相结合,定量与定性相结合的办法。主要运用需求理论、激励理论对XX公司的问题进行分析,最后对提高L公司提出了一些控制和管理措施,以期改善XX公司员工激励的现状。

Abstract
Under the rapid growth of the market-economy in China ,The issue of employees’ incentives in private enterprises have become all increasing concern.The problems caused by the low level of staff motivation has restricted the development of enterprises.How to promote the staff motivation stabilize the employees,Enhance the enterprises’cohesion,improve the performance of staff has become an main question that most private enterprises have to face.
Like other private enterprises,the company of sangfor is challenged by its low-level staff motivation.The purpose of this paper is analyzing of the causes that induce the low-level staff motivation,then put forward effective coping strategies against the actual situation of company.The paper made a detailed study and analysis on the issue of staff motivation which Was led by a variety of factors through a lot od investigation and analysis of historical data and got the causes.In order to get more in-depth understanding the author interviewed the corporation’s offices,high-level Officials and some related people.Obtained the problem of the low-level staff motivation is mainly due to the low wages,lack of relevant social welfare system,lack of good corporate culture,lack of confidence about the company’s development ,the unreasonable management style of the manager.
This paper ,combines theory with practice,quantitative approach with qualitative approach.To analyse the problem in sangfor,the paper used the demand theory and motivation theory.At last,it gives some advice on the company’s control and management,hoping to improve the staff motivation status in sangfor.
