摘 要
本工程为太原市实德机械单层轻钢厂房，总建筑面积1920平米，建筑高度9.6米。采用门式刚架结构，结构形式为单跨双坡，内设一台10T中级工作制吊车（A5），室内外高差0.45m. 本工程耐火等级为二级，屋面防水等级三级，建筑耐久年限二级,抗震设防烈度7度。
本设计包括两部分，结构设计和基础设计。其中，结构设计包括梁柱截面设计，构件节点设计，吊车梁和牛腿设计，檩条设计，支撑设计，地脚锚栓设计等。厂房所用主要材料为Q235B。
本设计严格遵守国家现行相关规范。 关键词：单层 钢结构 工业厂房

Abstract
This project is the Taiyuan ShiDe Monolayer Steel Structure Industry Workshop.The total floor space is 1920m2.The construction is highly 9.6m.Uses the gate type rigid structure,the structure style for strides two boats at one time four slopes, Uses two 10T intermediate working system crane(A5).Room inside and outside elevation difference 0.45m. This project fireproof is two levels.The earthquake resistance fortification intensity is 7 degrees.The roofing waterproofing rank is three levels.The building durable age limit is two levels.
This design including two parts:structural design and ground foundation design. Among them, structural design including beam column section design ,component node design, crane beam and corbel design ,purlin design, foot fang bolt design and so on. The workshop uses the main material is Q235B. This design observes the national present standard strictly. Key word: steeltructure industry workshop monolayer
