摘 要
随着我国社会改革开放进程的加快及体育运动普及率的不断提高，越来越多的人喜欢参加体育活动，“发展体育运动，增强人民体质”成为大众健身的宗旨。其中，排球在我国具有很高的社会认可度及知名度，作为几代人的精神寄托。 但是由于排球运动的发展很不平衡，职业化的排球运动发展和基层培养的发展都极大滞后，因此本文研究了当前四川理工学院开展排球运动的现状。寻找影响排球发展的因素，对四川理工学院的排球运动开展现状进行调查与分析，在此基础上提出对策及建议，为今后四川理工学院排球运动项目的发展提供参考。

ABSTRACT
With the speeding up of the process of our social reform and opening up and the continuous improvement of sports coverage, more and more people like to participate in sports activities, \aim of the mass fitness.Among them, the volleyball in our country has the very high social recognition and popularity, as a spiritual generations.
But due to the development of the volleyball is very uneven, the professional
volleyball movement development and the development of grassroots culture have great lag, so this paper studies the current status of sichuan institute of technology in volleyball.To find the factors affecting the development of volleyball, the sichuan institute of technology in the volleyball movement development present situation investigation and analysis, on this basis puts forward some countermeasures and Suggestions, for the future development of sichuan institute of volleyball sports to provide the reference.
