牛头刨床机构的造型设计与运动仿真
摘 要
随着工业的发展,计算机仿真在工业方面的作用开始日渐凸显出来。运用计算机软件进行二维绘图、三维建模以及仿真对工业的发展起到了非常重大的作用。牛头刨床是一种用于平面切削加工的机床,在当今机械加工行业中发挥着重要作用。其运动机构采用的是经典的曲柄传动机构和凸轮传动机构两种传动方式。本论文运用Pro/E和SolidWork软件分别对牛头刨床运动机构的两种传动方式进行三维实体建模及装配,并通过运用 Pro/E的 Mechanism模块和SolidWork的Motion模块对牛头刨床运动机构进行运动仿真分析,得出牛头刨床刨头的位移、速度、加速度随时间的变化曲线。利用该方法可以使得设计人员快速、直观的对牛头刨床运动机构进行优化设计。

Abstract
With the development of industry, Computer simulation in the industrial sector role began increasingly emerges. Using computer software to two-dimensional drawing, 3d modeling and simulation for the development of industry has played a very important role. Shaper is a kind of planar cutting machine tools. In today's mechanical processing industry plays an important role. The sports organizations to adopt the classic crank transmission mechanism and CAM transmission mechanism two transmission ways . This paper using Pro/E and SolidWork software for shaper sports organizations were two transmission ways for 3d entity modeling and assembly, Use the Pro/E Mechanism module and the SolidWork are module to shaper sports organizations exercise simulation analysis, Draw shaper of displacement, planer head velocity and acceleration curve changes over time . Using this method enables designers to quick, direct shaper of optimized design sports organizations. Keyword
