(7)卷材收头部位处理；Membrane end treatment
卷材防水层收头部位，上层卷材盖过下层卷材30㎜，收头处卷材端头应载齐后压入凹槽内，用密封膏严封。
At the end of the waterproofing membrane, the membrane at the upper layer shall be 30mm longer than that at the lower layer. To evenly cut the tip at the membrane end, press it into the groove and seal tightly with sealant.
6.3.3 成品保护 Finished Product Protection
（1）已做好的防水层应妥加保护，卷材铺设完成后，操作人员在其上行走不得穿有钉的鞋子；手推胶轮车在屋面运输材料，支腿应用麻袋包扎，防止将卷材划破。
The completed insulating layer and screed-coat shall be protected properly. After the membranes are paved, operators shall not walk thereon while wearing shoes with nails. When materials are transported by the handcarts with rubber tyres, the stands shall be wrapped with gunnysack, so as to avoid membranes being scratched.
(2) 水落、斜沟、天沟等应及时清理，不得有杂物、垃圾堵塞。
The leader, valley gutter, eaves gutter, etc. shall be cleared up punctually, without any lumber or garbage blocking up therein.
(3) 伸出平面的管道、地漏、变形缝、盖板等，不得碰坏或使其变形、变位。 The pipes, floor drains, deformation joints, blind flanges, etc. that are stretching outside

the surface shall not be bumped, deformed or deflected.
(4) 卷材施工竣工后，禁止在其上凿眼、打洞或做安装、焊接等操作，以防破坏卷材造成漏水。
After the membrane construction is completed, such operation as hole drilling, hole cutting, installation, welding, etc. is prohibited, so as to avoid water leakage of the membranes after damage.
7、季节性施工措施Working plan for seasonality
（1）雨期施工前认真组织有关人员分析雨期施工生产计划,根据雨期施工项目编制雨期施工措施,所需材料要在雨期施工前准备好.组织相关人员进行一次全面检查施工现场的准备工作,包括临时设施,临电,机械设备防雨,防护等项工作。 Organize the related people to learn analyse the working plan for rain season before the rain season is coming. Work out rain season working plan according to the working items. Get ready for the material which is necessary for the working items. Organize related people to have an overall check for the preparation work for the rain season, including temperory equipments, temperory electricity, mechanical equipment rainproof, protection, etc.
（2） 新做的防水层遇有天气有雨时,应用塑料薄膜盖牢,不得使新做的防水层遭到冲刷。If the new waterproof layer is in the raining, plastic film should be covered, the new waterproof layer can’t be exposed in the raining directly.

8.2 质量目标 Quality Target
1. 严格按监理部门审定的施工组织设计进行施工,并随时按照设计要求自检,保证工程质量达到预期目标。

(1)建立和健全质量保证体系，每道工序严格执行“三检”制度。分部分项进行工程检验，凡检验质量达不到标准要求的进行返工修整，直至达到验收标准。

9、工期保证措施 The steps for time limitation guaratee
我公司将积极响应总包的工期要求，采取措施在最终结束日期前保质保量完成施工任务。

9.1施工进度管理Construction Progress Management
(1)制订包括材料供应、施工队伍调配及现场交叉作业在内的综合性进度计划。其中包括总体和分部分项进行计划及月计划、周计划和复式滚动，做到计划合理，严格落实跟进督导，整体协调，制度统一。
To set up a comprehensive progress plan including material supply, construction team allocation, cross operation at site, of which, plan, monthly plan, weekly plan and compound rolling shall be made respectively as a whole and by parts and items, so as to prepare reasonable plan, carry out, follow up and supervise strictly, thus making the whole coordinative and the system uniform.
(2)计划层层分解、落实，及时检查反馈。只可按计划提前，不能占用其他工期的拖延，不影响到下道工序和整体工程进度。
