(4)管理人员对已制定计划根据现场情况进行调整，并落实监督计划进度的进展情况。

(5)精心组织交叉施工，定期组织现场协调会，避免工序脱节造成窝工或工序颠倒造成成品交叉破坏。

为了保证能按期完成施工任务如期交工,特制定以下保证措施:
In order to finish and deliver the project on time, guarantee solution are set as follows, （1）现场成立强有力的管理班子,做好现场劳力,材料,机械的协调准备工作,保证在施工时尽量减少窝工,浪工现象。A power management team should be set up, do coordination work well for the labor, material, equipments. Try to avoid negative cacanny.
（2）根据施工总工期控制,逐月逐旬编制作业计划,根据计划在施工过程中大力加强人力,物力的投入,做好技术调度,保证材料的供应。每月每旬对照检查计划执行情况,及时调整。
According to the whole project schedule, make the working plan monthly and quarterly. Strengthen the input of the human and material in the construction work. Cordinate the technicians and the material. Check the schedule monthly and quarterly, and make adjustment accordingly.
（3）劳力的选用严格按本单位的有关规定执行,调集本单位内部的熟练技术工作参战,加强上岗前的培训交底工作,以便提高工作效率。
The staff selection will be strictly according to the stipulation of the company. Gather all the mature worker to join the project. Strengthen the training before the postion, and tell the

（4）周转材料充足供应,材料进场要及时,进场后要进行严格检验,合格后按类加整齐堆放,以免由于材料供应不及时或出现质量问题而耽误工期。
Keep the supply amply, the material should be delivered timely. After arrival, it should be inspected strictly. If it is qualified, the material should be piled orderly. Avoid the schedule delay for the material insufficient or the quality problem.
（5）加强施工技术管理,各工序施工前要审图,进行详细技术交底.施工中执行三检制,对每一工序的质量进行跟踪检查把关,发现问题及时整改,以免影响下道工序的施工。

Execute reinspection in construction, to make followup for every working procedure and control the quality, find problems in time and rectify timely so that the following procedure will not be influenced.
（6）实行专款专用制,确保本工程的施工不受资金的影响。

10、安全生产措施Security Production Measurement
10.1安全管理网络The security management network
安全管理网络由项目经理牵头负责,由项目副经理,工程师(技术员),质安全员三条线分管共抓.项目经理通过安全工程师抓好班组长和兼职安全员,将安全生产落实到人,保证项目的顺利实施。

10.2安全管理目标The security management target
实现”五无”,即无死亡、无重伤、无倒塌、无火灾、无中毒、轻伤事故频率不高于1.2‰,争创市级文明工地。

（2）安全检查：必须建立定期安全检查制度,明确重点部位,危险岗位.安全检查有记录,对查出的隐患应及时整改,做到定人,定时间,定措施.

(3)坚持每周安全教育和班前教育会议制度，贯彻“三级”安全教育。

(4)五级以上大风大雨，不得在屋面上进行施工。
In case of the wind or rain above five grades, no construction shall be conducted on the

(5)加强作业队伍安全教育，提高其安全意识，对施工中不安全行为及隐患立即整改方能继续施工。

1.安全防护设施的安全性是确保安全生产、文明施工的重要前提。规范安全行为，充分发挥安全防护用品的作用，在工程施工期间，凡是进入施工现场的人员（无论是否与施工有关），都必须佩带符合安全要求的安全帽。进入高空作业，必须系好安全带。

2.基坑周边尚未装栏板的阳台、料台与各种平台周边、雨篷与挑檐边无外脚手架的屋面和楼层边，以及水箱与水塔周边等处，都必须设置防护栏杆。

11、现场文明施工措施Field civilization working measures
(1)施工现场的区域施工过程中要作到工完场清,以免在结构施工完未进入装修封闭阶段,刮风时将灰尘吹入空气中;各区域内的建筑垃圾随着区域施工的进展及时清理,要求活完底清,不许将垃圾从高处直接倒入低处,每个区域要垃圾区,及时将垃圾运入垃圾站。

(2)强化管理，严格按照建设部颁发的有关文明施工标准以及大连市建委关于施工现场标准化管理的具体规定组织好现场文明施工，确保达标，实现文明工地；

(3)施工作业要做到三清：谁做谁准清，随做随清，工完场地清。在不影响施工前提下应保护好施工现场周围的绿地及草地，建筑垃圾要及时清理。
