初中数学新教师与经验教师PCK的
比较与思考 摘 要
专家教师和新手教师的学科教学知识存在差异，尽管新手教师也拥有同样重要的学科知识，但却不能在教学中加以成功的运用.本研究通过课题案例研究、课堂观察、课堂叙事、教师深度访谈与问卷调查结合以研究方法，比较初中数学新教师与经验教师的PCK差异表现.研究发展相对于新手而言，数学经验教能正确预见学生的学习经验，能充分考虑知识在教学中的前后联系；他们教学方法比较丰富，且能灵活运用，善于为新课教学做好铺垫；他们摒弃机械式的教学方式，更善于对教学的过程的整体进行反思．为有效提升PCK水平，初中数学新教师必须理清教学基本内容和基本结构，明确教学的基本目标，理解数学知识的本质，把握知识的重难点，每堂课后对教学设计与课堂教学中的成功一与失败作全面的教学反思；看些数学教育的专著，改善数学观与数学教学观。此外，新手教师还可以请经验教师通过示范课、观摩课等形式帮助自己胜任教学。

Comparison and Analysis of The New Junior High School Math Teachers and Experienced Teachers PCK
Abstract
Expert teachers and novice teachers subject teaching knowledge is different,
although the novice teachers have the same important subject knowledge, but it can't be successful applied in the teaching. This study through the project case studies, for classroom observations, classroom, teachers narrative depth interview and survey to study, comparing differences between junior high school math teacher and teacher's PCK new performance. Research and development relative to the novice, experience mathematics teaching correctly anticipate the students' learning experience, can fully consider before and after the knowledge in the teaching link; Their teaching method more rich, and flexible use, good for new teaching bedding; They abandon the mode of teaching, better rethink the whole teaching. In order to enhance the level of PCK effectively, new junior middle school mathematics teachers must clarify the teaching contents and the basic structure, teaching basic goal, understand the nature knowledge, master the difficult point of knowledge, every class to and classroom is a failure and make a comprehensive teaching reflection; some mathematics education monographs, improve mathematics view and mathematics teaching. In addition, the teachers can also experience through the lesson, the criticism form of help you are qualified for teaching.
