金肯学院毕业设计

摘 要

水资源是经济可持续发展的基本保证,污水的任意排放或处理不彻底的排放,都会给水资源环境带来严重的污染问题。合理利用水资源是解决这些问题的关键,因此,水处理的发展对我国能否实现可持续的战略目标起着举足轻重的作用。

本设计是某县的排水工程。设计要求完成设计说明书一份、城市给排水系统总平面图、污水处理厂总平面布置图一张、污水厂污水与污泥处理高程图一张、污水总泵站或中途提升泵站工艺施工图一张,污水与污泥主要构筑物工艺图两张;单项处理构筑物工艺图设计中,主要是完成A2/O反应池的平面图和剖面图。该污水处理厂工程,总规模达到6万吨/日。

污水厂设计方案为:

污水处理流程:粗格栅 → 污水提升泵房 → 细格栅 → 曝气沉砂池 →初次沉淀池→ A2/O反应池→二次沉淀池→消毒接触池 → 计量槽 → 排放;

污泥处理流程:剩余污泥 → 浓缩池 → 贮泥池→ 提升泵房→污泥脱水机房 → 泥饼外运。

通过此设计,污水处理厂建成后,本市的水污染问题能得到较好的解决,产生良好的环境效益,同时也会收到很好的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract

Water resources ensure the sustaining development of economy. Sewage discharged at random or half treated can expose serious pollution to the water resources. The water resource of rational utilization is the key to solving these problems。So the development of water treatment plays a decisive role to realize our country the sustainable strategic objective.

The design is a drainage system in a town. During the preliminary design, we must complete a brochure, a map of general layout, an elevation map, a flow chart, a map of major equipment, piping layout; Construction of structures to deal with individual designs, is complete anaerobic-anoxic-aerobic tank plants and profiles. The sewage treatment plant project, the total amount to 60,000 tons/day.

The process of the wastewater treatment plant adopted is as following: Wastewater treatment process: medium bar screen → pump station → fin bar screen

→aeration

desilting

tank→the

preliminary

settling

tank

→the

anaerobic-anoxic-aerobic part→secondary sedimentation tank→ disinfection of contact pool→measurement groove → drain;

Sludge handling and disposal process: excess activated sludge → concentrated pool → sludge tank →pump station→ machine dewatering → disposal of sludge cake.

Water pollution problems of this city can be solved when the sewage treatment plant is completed. It has very good environmental benefits economic and social benefits.
