摘 要
本文在通过阅读、查阅大量的参考文献、科技期刊基础上,了解了大量国内外有关对水资源开发利用及其节水潜力的研究,获得更全面、更深刻的认识。采用直接计算法、定额计算法、统计法相结合,技术评估法与定额比较法相结合的方法,通过对国内外及达拉特旗水资源情况的分析,对全旗水资源及其开发利用现状的调查,分析各行业的用水现状及水平,对全旗水资源开发利用程度的评价,揭示水资源开发利用中存在的主要问题。在水资源开发利用现状评价的基础上,根据达拉特旗经济技术发展水平,对不同的行业进行节水潜力分析。所得结论如下:2011年,达拉特旗各行业总用水量为78412.99 万m3,生活用水量为1101.83万m3,生产总用水量为77233.31 万m3,生态环境用水量为77.38万m3。蓄水量为2121.54万m3,引水量7953.34万m3。总节水潜力为15852.54 万m3,生活节水潜力为201.98 万m3,生产节水潜力为15636.76万m3,生态节水潜力为12.60万m3。 关 键 词:达拉特旗;水资源开发利用;节水潜力

Abstract
Through reading, is presented in this paper based on lots of references, science and technology journals, know a lot of domestic and foreign relevant research on water resources development and utilization and water saving potential, and obtain more comprehensive and more profound understanding. Using direct calculation method, quota calculation method and statistical method, the technology assessment method and norm comparison method, through the analysis of both at home and abroad and DaLaTeQi water resources situation, the QuanQi water resources and its exploitation and utilization present situation investigation and analysis of water status and level, from all walks of life to the QuanQi degree of evaluation and utilization of water resources, reveals the main problems existing in the development and utilization of water resources. On the basis of status evaluation and utilization of water resources, according to DaLaTeQi economic and technical development level, water saving potential analysis for different industry. The conclusions are as follows: In 2011, DaLaTeQi industry total water consumption of 784.1299 million m3, living water consumption is 11.0183 million m3, total water consumption is 772.3331 million m3, ecological environment water consumption is 773800 m3. Storage capacity is 21.2154 million m3, diverted 79.5334 million m3. Total water saving potential of 158.5254 million m3, life saving water potential is 2.0198 million m3, production of water-saving potential is 156.3676 million m3, ecological water-saving potential is 126000 m3.
