本施工组织设计是奥林匹克〃记者村(一期工程)抗滑桩及挡土墙项目工程的施工组织、管理,施工质量、进度、成本、安全管理、控制的指导性文件。
二、工程概况及目标
(一)工程概况 1、责任单位
工程名称:奥林匹克〃记者村(一期工程)抗滑桩及挡土墙项目; 建设单位:云南日报报业集团安之泰房地产有限公司; 设计单位:云南大彻建设监理有限公司; 施工单位:云南景升建筑工程有限公司; 设计单位:四川奥地建筑设计有限公司; 建设地点:安宁市政太平镇妥乐村; 2.设计概况
结构类型:钢筋混凝土结构。
本工程人工挖孔桩为矩形抗滑桩,侧向受力。设计桩长为14~28m,桩入土埋深6~22m,桩间距4.5m,桩顶高程为道路路面设计高程。
挡土板为钢筋混凝土剪力墙。
根据地貌、地形特征,桩位位于陡坡、边坡地段。
护壁混凝土强度等级C20,桩身混凝土强度等级C30。桩身混凝土应连续浇灌。
纵向受力筋为HRB400级钢筋,钢筋直径25,钢筋连接宜采用机械连接;箍筋为HRB335级钢筋,钢筋直径16,箍筋形状为矩形;

护壁钢筋Q235级钢筋,钢筋直径10。
3.地质条件:
勘察报告显示无不良地质条件。但地形条件较差,施工原料的运输难度大。
4.水文情况:
地下水主要存于各土层中,受大气降水及地表水入渗补给和控制,朝地势低处排泄。
5.周边环境:
工程场地位于新开发小区范围,原为耕地,无地下水管、电缆、天然气、液化气等管道经过,施工环境较好,主施工道路已修通,但限于地形状况,进入各桩施工点的运输条件不利。
6.工程特点:
桩数量少,单桩工程量大;
桩呈线状布臵,工作点亦呈线状分布; 入岩深开挖困难;
单桩钢筋量大,不能采用预制吊装方法; 桩顶标高差异较大,材料运输困难;
桩身截面呈矩形,护壁混凝土模板支拆较困难;
桩身出土高度较高,挡土板高度较高,最高约10m,模板加固、支撑困难,钢筋安装困难;
7.工程难点:
中风化岩开挖、孔内钢筋安装、模板安装。 8.关键工序:
桩孔中风化岩开挖,钢筋安装,桩身混凝土浇灌,模板安装。 (二)工程目标
