a试运前对试运流程的管道进行冲洗或吹扫。水冲洗完后在泵的入口加上临时过滤网；

b试运介质贮器必须满足泵的流量要求，流程上的所有管道充满试运介质时仍有余量；

c试运应循环连通，满足泵的流量要求，保证泵能连续正常试运行

单机试运转程序
Stand-alone test run program
a.脱开电机与机泵的对轮连接，进行电机空负荷运转2小时，检查旋转方向、轴承温度、振动、电流等是否正常。

b.恢复对轮连接，检查泵与电机的同心度，必须符合要求；

c.手动盘动转子数圈，轻便灵活、无卡涩现象；

h.运转中对于轴承的温升、密封处的泄漏量、泵的流量、压力、转速、振动以及电机的电流、电压、温度等情况，每隔半小时检查记录一次；

i.泵在额定负荷下连续正常运转4小时后，关闭出口阀，停止电动机，关闭压力表开关，待泵冷却后，关闭冷却阀；

j.试运转结束后，断开总电源，消除管道内压力和负荷，并在放水后对管道系统进行吹扫后封闭。

3.4.3压缩机安装方法及技术要求

熟悉图纸，编写施工技术措施，对施工人员进行技术交底。做好施工机具、量具、手段用料及消耗材料的准备工作。

c、按设备技术文件的规定清点泵的零件、部件和备件，检查有无缺件、损坏和锈蚀等现象。

d、核对主要零件、密封件以及垫片的品种和规格；

(3). Base Inspection and acceptance
压缩机基础使用前必须办理交接手续，基础移交时必须同时提供施工质量合格证书及中心、标高、外形尺寸实测记录等资料。

对基础进行外观及尺寸检查，应满足下列要求
