Abstract : the internal control as an advanced enterprise management system, in today's society plays an indispensable role in the economic life, adapt to the social enterprise operation and management, in recent years, many large enterprises and companies both at home and abroad due to improper internal capital management and internal control is lax a barrage of bankruptcy, make the enterprise internal control has attracted wide attention from all sectors of society. In the complex market economy environment, the enterprise to reduce their risks effectively, improve market competitiveness, it is necessary to establish and improve internal control system, promote enterprise healthy and sustainable development. This paper analyzes the significance of internal control, and on the basis of the understanding of our country enterprise internal control present situation and the reason, in view of the problems puts forward some countermeasures for improvement, with a business case to illustrate in our country.
