摘 要
随着小学美术新课程的改革与实施，美术课程越来越接近我们的生活。美术课程资源相对于其它学科而言较为丰富，这对于新时期的农村小学乡土美术的开发与利用至关重要。相对于地方性的乡土美术资源，更能体现地方民族特色，具有很大的艺术影响力不被其它形式的文化同化。人类在生产劳动中创造的乡土美术是几代人民的传承和不断创新的智慧产物。从自然环境到民间民俗，不仅从学生的兴趣出发，还使学生他们了解到自己家乡的艺术文化特色，在整个美术教学中展现地域的特色和民族的活力。

ABSTRACT
The reform of elementary school art and practice of the new curriculum,art courses closer to our lives.Art curriculum resources relative to other disciplines is more abundant, which for the new era of rural primary schools, it is essential to develop and take advantage of local art.Relative to the local native art resources,it to better reflect local ethnic characteristics, has great artistic influence is not other forms of cultural assimilation.uman labor in the production of art created by a dozen local people's intellectual heritage and innovative product.From the natural environment to the folk, not only from students interested in starting, but also to enable students to understand the artistic and cultural characteristics of their home.and show the vitality and ethnic characteristics of hell in the whole art of teaching .
