摘要
21世纪是一个充满机遇和挑战的时代，各个行业发展迅猛，服装产业也不列外，但在迅猛发展的背后，也有很多不合理的问题，例如，服装企业的存货管理问题。因为存货对服装企业十分重要，确保了企业的正常运转，对采购过程中消耗的成本进行缩减，尽快的多客户的需求表示满足，让企业的运转更加灵活多变。但是，存货过多也会占用企业大量资金，对资金链产生一定的威肋。因此合理的存货量显得尤为重要。
本文以案例分析的方式，对美特斯邦威（以下简称：美邦）2010年到2014年在存货管理方面存在的问题进行分析。包括美邦让加盟商签订强制订货量的合同，来转移自身存货压力，还在直营店大打折扣，使加盟商利益受损。这些行为严重的破坏了存货供应链间的关系，但被背后的无奈，都是因为存货周转天数过长，大量存货积压在仓库，而存货在流动资产中的流动性又最差，这严重影响了企业的资金周转。本文以存货管理的相关理论为基础；以财务数据为支撑；以管理现状为依据，对美邦存货管理方面的问题进行分析，并提出相应的改善建议，希望对美邦以及我国存在相似问题的服装企业提供一些解决手段。
