随着改革开放步伐的加快，加工贸易在我国发展迅速，并越来越成为对外贸易的主要方式。 加工贸易对于我省的经济发展和社会进步也起到积极的促进作用。但是河北省的加工贸易仍然存在一些问题：外资比重较大、劳动力素质较低、传统产业比重偏高等等。论文首先界定了加工贸易的内涵及方式，对加工贸易存在和发展的基础理论进行了概括和简要评述。并通过与全国或其他省份比较后总结出河北省加工贸易目前存在的一些问题。本文在分析现状的基础上，研究加工贸易发展的影响因素。文章最后提出针对如何挖掘潜力、进一步加快发展河北省加工贸易的对策建议，以期能够为河北省外向型经济发展和拉动经济增长提供参考依据。 关键词 河北省 加工贸易 对策

Title Present Situation of the Improvement Trade in Hebei Province and the Analysis of countermeasures Abstract Along with the speed up the pace of reform and opening up, processing trade has developed rapidly in our country, and more and more become the main way of foreign trade. Processing trade in our province's economic development and social progress also play a positive role in promoting. But there exist some problems in the processing trade is still in Hebei province: big foreign investment proportion, low quality of the labor force, high proportion of traditional industry and so on.Paper first defines the connotation and the method of processing trade, on the basis of the existence and development of processing trade theory has carried on the summary and brief comment. And through the comparison with the national or other provinces after summarized some problems of the processing trade in hebei province at present. Based on the analysis of the status quo, on the basis of research on the influence factors of the processing trade development. Finally put forward on how to tap potential, to further speed up the development of processing trade in hebei province countermeasures and Suggestions, so as to be able to develop export-oriented economy in hebei province and provide reference for stimulating economic growth.
