摘 要
蒋防的《霍小玉传》是唐传奇的佳作，主要讲述了进士李益与妓女霍小玉的凄惨爱情，作品通过男女主人公曲折的爱情表达出深刻的社会意蕴。霍小玉的爱情悲剧和人生悲剧表现了封建等级时代男性的薄情寡义和女性的悲惨命运揭示了造成这一悲剧的根源在于封建等级婚姻门阀制度。作者鞭挞了封建等级婚姻门阀制度对下层女性命运的压迫和对青年男女爱情的扼杀，表达了作者对封建时代女性尤其是下层女性的深切同情和对腐朽落后的等级门阀制度的痛恨。
文章首先对《霍小玉传》的情节内容进行分析，探讨了小说中体现的婚姻门第观念和造成霍小玉悲剧的原因，从而得出悲剧的根本原因是腐朽落后的婚姻等级门阀制度。其次探讨唐代的婚姻门阀制度，从士庶不婚和良贱不婚来探讨唐代的婚姻门第观，从中可以看出唐代的高门大族在社会上崇高的威望和地位；接着从对青年婚姻的影响、对文人的影响和对后世创作的影响来论述唐代婚姻门阀制度的影响。文章最后论述了婚姻门阀制度在唐代的衰落及原因，李唐王室的打压、科举制度的发展和朝代更迭的动乱造成了门阀制度的衰落。

ABSTRACT
Tang Chuanqi \，Tells the story of Li Yi and Huo Xiaoyu's love tragedy \love expressed profound social connotations.Huo Xiaoyu's love tragedy and life tragedy shows the feudal age male baoqingguayi and The tragic fate of women reveals the causes of the tragedy lies in the feudal marriage family system.Author lashes the oppression of feudal rank marriage family system on the fate of women and The killing of young men and women in love,The expression of the author especially deep sympathy to the feudal era of women of lower class women and Hatred of the decadent and backward level of the patriarch system.
This article first carries on the analysis to the \the marriage family concept embodied in the novel and the causes of the tragedy caused by Huo Xiaoyu,The fundamental reason so that tragedy is a decadent and backward marriage family system level.Secondly discusses the Tang Dynasty marriage family system,From the Shishu not marriage and good base not marriage of Tang Dynasty marriage family status view,It can be seen from the prestige and status in the society of Tang Dynasty Hongnong family noble;Then from the influence of youth marriage, impact on the literati and The influence on the later creation to discuss the influence of marriage family system of the Tang dynasty.The article finally discusses the marriage family system in fading and the reasons of the Tang dynasty,Development of Li Tang royal to suppress, the imperial examination system and The change of dynasties unrest caused the decline of the patriarch system.
