摘要：随着我国经济的持续发展，人们对商品住宅的需求不断增长，房地产企业迅速发展为国民经济最重要的支柱之一，房地产企业作为一个资金密集型产业，具有投资大、风险高、周期长等特点。因此随着房地产企业的高速发展，房地产企业的财务风险也在随之增加。本文通过对恒大地产集团的现状发展对其财务风险进行分析分类，并从建立公司财务风险预警系统、建立完善的公司财务运行机制、建立公司财务风险控制体系三方面提出加强公司财务风险控制的措施。

Abstract：With the sustainable development of our country economy, people growing demand for commodity housing, real estate enterprise rapid development for one of the most important pillar of national economy, real estate enterprises as a capital-intensive industry, with a large investment, high risk, cycle is long, etc.With the high-speed development of real estate enterprises, therefore, the financial risk of the real estate enterprises are also increases.This article through to Evergrande real estate group the present situation of the development to analyze its financial risk classification, and from set up the company's financial risk early warning system, establish the perfect company financial operation mechanism, set up the company's financial risk control system three aspects to strengthen the company's financial risk control measures are put forward.
