内容摘要:随着我国令世界瞩目的经济增长,我国人民生活水

平不断提高,小汽车已逐渐进入千家万户,停车难的问题将日益突出,在人口稠密的大都市,紧靠地面停车所能提供的车位是远远不够的,这关系到老百姓的交通便利和生活质量的提高等问题,如何迅速应对变革时期所发生的环境变化,已成为能否保证稳定增长的关键所在,俨然也已成为了我国城市经济发展的一个颈瓶,在众多新情况中,这种状况愈加严重,如何良好的解决城市泊车问题,已成为建设一个现代化城市必须解决的课题,于此同时机械装备已经成为我国国民经济发展的支柱产业之一,占据世界机械装备总量第七位。机械设备发展异常迅猛,新的理念、新的技术、新的工艺不断给予工程机械新的生命力;由于越来越多的新技术,新装备,运用于日常生活中,给人们的生活带来了极大地便利,技术服务于生活理念越来越多的得到了体现。停车难也是机械设备发展过程中所需要解决的问题之一,故此研究停车向空中和地下发展这方面的研制具有广阔的前景。

1双层立体停车库组合形式及存取方的设计

双层立体停车库可设计成组合式的结构形式。它是一个以地面停车位为相对独立的单元而进行设计的,停车库中的每一个地面停车位都有一个停车架,其中主要包括立柱、上停车底板和液压提升机构。停车库的下层装有可移动的停车底板,在存取车时,上停车底板仅作垂直升降运动,下停车底板只做水平移动.存取车只需按按钮便可自动完成.控制部分采用可编程控制器控制.

1.1组合形式

停车库的容量根据用户对车辆的需求或者停车场大小选择不同的组合方式。

以上均为不同的组合形式。根据要求这里选择了双层8车位如下图所示:

1.2存取方式

车库外观如上图。0号车位仅作做一层车位横移用,不用来

存储车辆。车库运行规则:1-4号位只能左右移动,不能上下移动;5-8号位只能上下移动不能左右移动,下排车位上的汽车可以直接开出,上排车位汽车需要先降到下排车位才能开出,若下排车位有车,需要先让出车位给上排车位。

2 PLC控制系统设计

PLC是车库控制系统的核心。根据设计要求,其输入大致有:电源按钮,传感器,行程开关,光电开关,操作面板按钮。输出大致有:指示灯,数码管,闸门,升降电机,横移电机。根据输入输出的要求,PLC控制原理图如下图4.2

该系统中PLC主要完成对载车板,车辆位置及运行状态的检测和存取车得操作。用各种光电开关,行程开关检测位置状态,用接触器,继电器控制电动机的启停。
