中小企业存货管理与探讨
摘要
随着市场经济的不断发展和完善，对企业的生存和发展要求越来越高，完善管理制度能够最大限度的降低企业成本，使企业拥有更强的竞争力。当前有许多企业，特别是一些中小企业，把主要的精力投入到提高销售和扩大规模上，却忽视了存货管理中的很多问题，致使大多数的中小企业存货管理水平较低，存货占用了大量的资金，管理粗放等。但近几年来，上至国家下至百姓，都较为关注中小企业的发展趋势，许多企业也结合自身的实际情况采取了一些相关的管理措施加强存货管理，但总体上中小企业的存货管理还是处于比较落后的状态。
相当多的中小企业面临着发展缓慢，经营管理等问题，导致其在激烈的市场竞争中面临着巨大困难。不能做大、不能做强，其原因既有外部因素，也有内部因素，其中，存货管理就是影响其发展的一个重要内部因素。
本文针对当前中小企业存货管理所面临的问题，提出相应的防范与措施。旨在分析存货管理所产生的影响。同时中小企业也应该认识到自身的不足，不断地学习和完善存货管理的理念，建立科学的管理制度，保持适当的存货量，控制存货成本等来提高最大的经济效益。同时使得存货管理保证生产正常进行，能有效地服务于基本生产、技术改造的全过程。存货管理的好坏已成为衡量企业管理制度是否完善、存货储备是否合理、流动资金占用是否最佳等重要标志。因此，企业应加强与改善存货管理措施，以达到促进企业做大、做强的目的。

Abstract
As a market economy to develop and improve, To the survival and development becoming more and more, Perfect management system to the utmost reduction in business costs, Enterprises have stronger competitive, At present, there are many businesses, especially some small and medium-sized enterprises, The main energies to increase sales and expansion of the scale, but not on the administration a lot of question that most of the small and medium-sized enterprises there is a relatively low level of management, and occupy a large amount of funds, managing rude, etc. But in recent years, from country to the people under, are all the more attention to the development trend of the small and medium-sized enterprises .Many enterprises, with its actual situation is taken up some of the relevant management measures to strengthen the management of stock, but the overall management or small and medium-sized enterprises in stock in a backward state.
Stock of more, at frequent, the price fluctuation of stock and make sure that the bill put and periodic inventory in and the total cost out the cost of stock and the cost of stock of the distribution of not only has a certain degree of difficulty, and demanded a high level of management and administration. They should pay attention to management, to strengthen the valuation of stocks.
The medium and small-sized enterprises to the current inventory management problems facing, the prevention and management measures. The small and medium-sized enterprises should also recognize the disability learn and improve inventory management philosophy, a scientific management system and maintain adequate inventory of stock, and control the cost and to improve the economic returns. The management of stock for the production and can be effectively serve the basic production and technical transformation of the whole process. Inventory management has become the yardstick of quality management system is perfect, inventory reserves is reasonable and liquidity occupy an important landmark best .therefore, important enterprises shall strengthen and improve inventory management measures to encourage enterprises to do bigger, do better.
