摘 要
ZD9系列电动转辙机是目前用量最大的转辙机之一,它的用途是改变道岔的开通方向,锁闭道岔,反映道岔的位置状态。ZD9系列转辙机行车速度大于120KM/h的线路上的道岔采用外锁闭装置应具备内锁闭功能;低于120KM/h线路上的道岔可采用内锁闭功能的转辙机。它可以单机牵引道岔,也可以通过系列中不同型号转辙机的相互匹配实现双机牵引道岔,从而满足不同的道岔需求。
在这片设计中,主要针对ZD9系列转辙机的类型及组成及各部分作用,技术指标及传动原理,调试和日常维护工作,安装及技术要求,维护常见故障及解决方案。
