摘 要

本实验以松子壳为原材料,通过改性吸附水中碱性品红,利用单因素实验对比不同条件下改性松子壳对水中碱性品红的吸附效果,进而确定最佳吸附条件:吸收波长、反应时间、改性松子壳投加量、pH、初始浓度和等电点等。最终得出的最佳实验条件为:改性松子壳的最佳投加量为6g/L,在设定温度为25℃时,吸附初始浓度为100mg/L的碱性品红溶液2h,最佳的pH=7,由于碱性品红溶液的pH=6.9,与最佳pH基本接近,所以本实验不再调溶液的pH。

为了探究该吸附过程的反应机理,本论文又研究了吸附等温线、吸附动力学和吸附热力学、红外分析等,确定了改性松子壳吸附碱性品红溶液符合的吸附模型为Langmuir单分子层吸附,两种动力学吸附速率方程拟合系数都很高,相比该吸附过程更符合准二级反应模型。由计算 ΔG<0,ΔH >0, ΔS>0,表明反应为自发的吸热反应,有序性减弱的过程。通过红外光谱分析可知松子壳表面可能存在的官能团有:-OH、C-O-C、-NH2、-NO2、C-H等,该吸附过程应以物理吸附为主。

Technical Study on the Basic Fuchsin by Modified

Pine Nut Shell

ABSTRACT

This experiment by modified pine nut shell as raw material, Adsorbed fuchsine in water, Through the single factor experiment contrast under the condition of different modified fuchsin pine nut shell of the water adsorption effect, To determine the best adsorption conditions: Absorption wavelength, Reaction time, modified pine nut shell dosing quantity, pH, initial concentration and isoelectric point, etc. Finally it is concluded that the best experiment condition is: Modification of pine nut shell optimal dosing quantity is 6g/L, In setting temperature is 25 ℃, Adsorption initial concentration of 100 mg/L fuchsine solution for 2 h. The optimal pH = 7, And fuchsine solution pH = 6.86, With the best pH basic close to, So this is no longer the solution pH.

In order to explore the reaction mechanism of the adsorption process, On the basis of the optimum adsorption conditions, this paper also studied the adsorption isotherm and adsorption kinetics and adsorption thermodynamics, infrared analysis, etc. Modified pine nut shell adsorbed fuchsine solution is determined, in line with the adsorption of Langmuir monolayer adsorption, Two kinds of dynamic adsorption rate equation fitting coefficient is very high, Compared to the adsorption process conforms to the standard second order reaction model. By calculating Δ G < 0, Δ H > 0, Δ S > 0, Show that for spontaneous endothermic reaction, the differentiation of weakening process. By means of infrared spectrum analysis available pine nut shell surface may some functional groups are mainly, C-Cl, C-O-C, -NH2,-NO2, C-H, etc.The adsorption process should be given priority to with physical adsorption.
