空气弹簧特性及空气悬架客车平顺性研究

摘要

作为汽车重要总成之一,悬架对汽车的行驶平顺性、操纵稳定性有很大的影响。空气弹簧成为汽车悬架系统之中弹性元件,以其优良的减振性能在汽车、高速列车等悬挂系统中得到越来越广泛的应用。为了更好的研究装有空气弹簧汽车的性能,首先必须掌握空气弹簧本身具有的力学性能。汽车行驶平顺性已经成为现代高速、高效汽车的一个主要性能,掌握空气弹簧参数对汽车平顺性的影响为空气弹簧的设计及汽车舒适性的提高奠定了理论基础。

首先利用三维制图软件UG建立空气弹簧的实体模型(上盖板、气囊、下底座),将其导入有限元分析软件ANSYS中,考虑其橡胶材料的非线性、气囊分层的非线性以及接触非线性等问题建立空气弹簧有限元模型。具体分析了空气弹簧自身参数(帘线角、帘布层厚度、帘布层层数)以及气囊内压对其垂向刚度和横向刚度的影响;并建立整车空载、满载状态下空气弹簧刚度模型。

其次,利用Matlab/Simulink软件建立滤波白噪声路面模型、八自由度整车模型,并进行了平顺性仿真,观察空载和满载、车速分别为40km/h-80km/h不同工况下,前桥上方地板、座椅及后桥上方地板的垂向加速度,仿真结果表明空气悬架大客车在两种载荷下都能保持良好的平顺性。

然后,分析空气弹簧参数(帘线角、帘布层厚度、帘布层层数)以及气囊内压对整车平顺性的影响,为空气弹簧的设计和制造、整车平顺性的提高提供一定的参考价值。

最后,根据GB/T4970-1996《汽车平顺性随机输入行驶试验》的规定,对样车进行了平顺性的道路试验,测得前桥上方地板、座椅处以及后桥上方地板处的垂向加速度,并将其功率谱密度及均方根值与仿真结果对比,结果表明八自由度整车模型和仿真结果是正确的。

Research on Characteristics of Air Spring and Ride Comfort of Coach Equipped with Air Suspension

ABSTRACT

The suspension is one of the most important parts of the automobile;it has great effects on the ride comfort and maneuverable stability of the automobile.Air spring is the elastic component of suspension system.Because of its ascendant characteristics, air spring has been widely used in the suspension on high-speed trains,automobiles.In order to research vehicle with air spring better, it is necessary for us to know the mechanical characteristics of the air spring. Ride comfort has become one of primary characteristics of the model vehicle, it has important significance for the design of air spring and improvement of vehicle comfort by grasping air spring parameters' affection on the vehicle ride.

At first, the solid model of the air spring was built with UG. And the model was conducted into ANSYS, during the process, the nonlinearity of rubber, layers of air spring and the contact were concerned, in that case the FEM model of the air spring was built. The paper analysed the factors of air spring (cord angle,cord layer, cord displacement) and the inner pressure which may impose the influence on the vertical and lateral rigidity. And the models of air spring rigidity under the situation of no load and full load were established.

Then the models of white noise road, the coach with 8 degrees of freedom were built with Matlab/Simulink, and the ride comfort was simulated. We observed the vertical acceleration of the front floor, the front chairs and the rear floor under the situation of no load and full load with the speed range from 40km/h to 80km/h. The results showed the coach with air spring can keep good performance of ride comfortable.

After the simulation, the effects of parameters of air spring(cord angle,cord layer, cord displacement) and inner pressure on ride comfort were analysed. In that case, the simulation results might provide references to the design and manufacture of air spring and improving the drive comfortable of the coach.

At last, according to GB/T4970-1996,the ride comfort road test of the coach was carried out. The vertical acceleration of the front floor,the front chairs and the rear floor were recorded, which were compared with the results of simulation. The results showed the correctness of the model with 8 degrees of freedom and results of the simulation.
