归[17],在炎症早期,多种炎性介质能够诱导M1型巨噬细胞比例升高,利于清除病原微生物,推动炎症的进展;但随着炎症进一步发展,M2型巨噬细胞逐渐增多,一旦占据主导地位,便可延缓或抑制炎症反应,促进损伤修复。研究如何诱导巨噬细胞成为M1/M2亚型对于此类疾病的治疗或有重要的意义,
这种现象也为研究巨噬细胞在AS的作用中提供了新的研究思路,抑或成为AS的治疗靶点。
结论:RAW264.7可被适当浓度的IFN-γ+LPS /IL-4成功诱导成M1/M2亚型,且细胞生长状态未受太大影响,并进行后续试验。
