间人为的共变(周浩,龙立荣,2004)[24]。其次,研究缺乏效标效度。本文虽检验了态度、主观规范、感知行为控制对创业意愿的影响,但是这些都是内隐变量,并未检验它们对实际行为作用的影响;由于本研究的调查对象为在校大学生,要进行毕业后的实际行为观测,后续跟踪相当困难,从而导致创业意愿到创业行为研究的缺失。
在未来的研究上,首先可以考虑扩展调研对象,测量不同院校学生创业意愿的影响因素;其次,以往研究表明意愿对行为方差的解释率在19%-38%之间(Armitage和conner,1998),虽TPB模型认为行为意愿是预测行为的最佳变量,而实际意愿与最终行为之间确实还存在差异(仍有近60%的方差变异未被解释),因此未来研究可进一步分析从创业意愿到创业行为转变的系列影响因素。
