What A technique similar to brainstorming. A structured approach to generate ideas, survey the opinions of a small group, and prioritize those ideas.How Present issue, instructions. 5. Prepare X number of cards where X = the number identified above. Write a number from 1 to X on the bottom right corner of each card with the highest number being the highest priority.
