中国上司公司融资行为分析
摘 要
随着我国经济的稳步发展，上市公司越来越在经济的向前推进中扮演着至关重要的角色。而对于上市公司来说，要想更快、更好的发展，多元化的融资渠道以及稳定的融资来源是必不可少的。
但就目前我国上市公司的融资模式而言，仍然存在着诸如融资渠道过于单一、融资平台不太稳定、融资环境过于呆板等内部和外部问题，这些问题急需解决，因为只有解决好了上市公司的融资问题，才能以上市公司的良好发展为翘板，翘起整个国家经济的宏伟蓝图。
本文主要分析了目前我国上市公司融资方式单一，融资偏好明显，当前融资目标的现状，并对造成该现状的内部原因和外部原因进行分析总结并提出管理对策及建议。

An Analysis of Financing Behavior of Chinese
Listed Companies
Abstract
With the steady development of the economy of our country, the listed companies is playing a more and more important role in economy. For these listed firms, to the development of faster, better, diversified financing channels and stable sources of finance is essential.
But in terms of the financing of listed companies in China, there are still a lot of problems,such as the financing platform to be unstable, financing environment that are too stiff and other internal and external problems.These problems need to solve, because only when we solve the financing problems of listed companies, will the sound development of listed companies become warped plate, cocking the grand blueprint of the country's economy.
This paper mainly analyzes the status quo of financing methods in China's listed companies, the obvious financing preferences and the distortions of financing objectives, and analyzes and summarizes the internal causes and external causes of the current situation and puts forward the management countermeasures and suggestions.
