合肥蓝天家具公司综合服务中心设计
设计建筑为一栋主题五层的综合服务中心。项目位于合肥蓝天公司新厂区内，该建筑一栋办公、展示、会议的多功能服务建筑。采用框架结构；副楼三层，总建筑面积6857平方米；建筑高度20.4米；使用年限为50年。在设计时，同样考虑了防火、人流等要求。采用不上人屋面做法，檐口、雨篷、构架底均做了滴水线处理。
建筑结构采用现浇钢筋混凝土。功能分区明确，布局合理。结构设计时加密柱网，使梁柱截面尺寸减小达到增大实际使用建筑面积的目的。同时，该建筑还设置了健身房等娱乐健身设施，可以给工作人员提供健身场所。同时设有停车场设施，绿化等也具有现代建筑的风范。建筑整体以及立面造型有统一感。
结构设计符合现行国家规范规定，从实用性和功能性出发。以安全为基础的同时，兼顾经济合理美观。

Abstract
Design architecture for a comprehensive service center with five floors of theme. The project is located in the new plant of Hefei blue sky company, the building of a office, display, conference and multi-functional service building. Adopt the frame structure; the secondary floor three, the total construction area of 6857 square meters; building height 20.4 meters; service life of 50 years. In the design, the same consideration of the fire, the flow and other requirements. The people on the roof, cornice, awning, bottom frame are done in drip line processing.
The construction adopts cast-in-place reinforced concrete. Function partition clear layout reasonable. The structure design of encryption column beam and column section size, make use of the construction area to increase the practical purpose. At the same time, the building also set up a gym and other recreational fitness facilities, you can provide the staff fitness places. At the same time with parking facilities, green and other modern architectural style. The overall architectural and facade shapes have a sense of unity.
The structural design conforms to the current national standard, from the practical and the functional starting. On the basis of security, while taking into account the economic and reasonable beauty.

层数、层高： 层数—5层
层高—3.9米；大空间的层高为4.5米左右；底层层高应不小于4.2米。
