摘要
染料废水具有水量大、水质复杂、色度深、化学需氧量、含盐量和酸碱度高、可生化性差等特点,是工业废水治理的难点之一。橙黄Ⅱ是染料废水中常见物质之一。本研究以橙黄II溶液作为研究对象,探究分子筛TiO2光催化降解橙黄Ⅱ的效率。主要研究pH值、反应底物浓度和光照强度对分子筛TiO2光催化降解橙黄Ⅱ活性的影响。通过实验发现,pH值,溶液初始浓度和光照强度对分子筛TiO2降解橙黄Ⅱ的效率影响很大,该新型光催化剂具有较好的光催化降解效率和矿化效率。

Abstract
Dye wastewater with a large amount of water, complex water quality, deep color, high chemical oxygen demand, salt content and acidity or alkalinity, and poor biodegradability characteristics, is one of the difficulties of industrial wastewater treatment. Orange Ⅱ is one of common substances found in dye wastewater. This study use Orange II as target compound to simulate wastewater solution, trying to explore the photocatalytic degradation efficiency of mesorporous TiO2 on Orange Ⅱ. The main factors are pH, substrate concentration of Orange II and light intensity. Experimental results show that pH value,the initial concentration of Orange Ⅱ and light intensity influence the photodegration rate and mineralization rate of Orange Ⅱ.It shows that mesorporous TiO2 has the best degradation efficiency and potential application.
