摘 要
目前,我国大多数企业解决会计核算问题都是利用专业的会计电算化软件进行的。会计处理的大部分工作是对各种表格进行加工、处理,而Excel是非常优秀的电子表格软件,它能够利用自身的多功能工具将杂乱的数据筛选整理成可用的信息之后进行分析、交流以及分享得到的结果。由于它在数据的处理、统计分析和辅助决策操作方面的作用，所以被广泛地应用于管理、财经、金融等多个领域。熟练掌握运用Excel建立各种财务管理模型的方法，有助于财务管理人员在复杂多变的理财环境中迅速准确地判断，合理地决策，从而高效地开展财务管理工作。
本文通过对前人研究成果的整理、分析，首先介绍了Excel的特点和功能，如它的强大的表格处理功能、绘图和图形处理功能等，通过这些功能的介绍我们可以深入的了解Excel的特点；其次通过对比，说明Excel在中小企业财务管理中的适应性及它优点和不足；之后用具体实例分析Excel在固定资产折旧、筹资决策中的应用，最后，在前述阐明的基础上进一步分析总结。

ABSTRACT
At present, most Chinese enterprises use professional computerized accounting software to resolve accounting issues .Most of the work for the accounting is to process and handle various of forms ,while Excel is a the excellent spreadsheet software, it can use its own multi-function screening tool messy data into usable information for analysis, exchange and sharing of the results obtained. Due to its role in data processing, statistical analysis and decision support operational, it is widely used in management, finance, finance and other fields. Proficiency in the use of Excel to create a variety of financial management model, which helps financial management staff quickly and accurately determine the rational decision-making in the midst of the financial environment, in order to efficiently carry out financial management.
In this paper , through sorting and analysis of the predecessors' research results ,first introduced the features and functionality of Excel,firstly introduces the characteristic and function of Excel, such as its powerful form handling, drawing and graphics processing capabilities, etc.,through the introduction of these features we can deeper understanding of the features of Excel; Secondly by comparing to indicate the Excel adaptability , its advantages and disadvantages in the small and medium-sized enterprise financial management .After to analyse Excel application in the depreciation of fixed assets, financing decision with a concrete instance, and finally ,to further analysis and summary on the basis of the former clarification .
