摘 要
本文通过对甘肃省平凉市公路沥青路面病害成因的调查分析与研究，结
合公路路面养护的特点，提出路面病害防治的措施；同时按照资源节约型交通和环境友好型交通建设的要求以及公路养护也是第一要务的思想，通过对路面病害的积极处治，积极实施公路预防性和周期性养护，树立全寿命周期养护成本理念，积极推广公路预防性养护新设备、新技术和新工艺；积极利用路面废旧材料，进行路面病害的处治研究，节约公路养护成本，减少废旧材料对当地环境的污染。树立全面养护和集约养护的思想，以及以用户至上的服务观。通过科学防治沥青路面病害，精心养好公路为车辆通行提供良好的公路通行条件，切实体现公路人“以车为本，以人为本”的服务理念。

Abstract
This text passes analysis and research of the highway bitumen road surface disease cause of Pingliang Prefecture of GanSu Province correctly, combine the characteristic that the road surface of highway maintains, the measure of putting forward the disease of road surface and preventing and curing; It is thoughts of the first important task to maintain according to the requirements and highways of resource saving type traffic and environmental friendship type traffic construction at the same time, through the positive punishment to the disease of road surface, implement the preventative and periodic maintenance of the highway actively, establish the whole life cycle and maintain the cost idea, popularize new apparatus of preventative maintenance of the highway, new technology and new craft actively; Utilize the old and useless material of road surface actively, carry on the punishment research of the disease of road surface, save the highway and maintain the cost, reduce the pollution of the local environment of old and useless material. Establish maintaining in an all-round way and intensive thought that maintain, establish it with the service view that consumers first. Prevent and cure bitumen road surface disease through science, raise good highway offer for the fact that the vehicle passes through good highway pass through terms meticulously, service theory that \ based on car, human-oriented \
