7.5.1. Start water jet air ejector

7.5.1.1. Water jet tank replenishe full, keep part of water come out from overflow valve. 7.5.1.2. Water jet air ejector

7.5.1.3. After check water jet air ejector working well, open atmospheric relieve valve (condenser to water jet air ejector) 7.5.1.4. Input water jet pump interlocking 7.5.2. Stop water jet air ejector

7.5.2.1. Close the atmospheric relieve valve(water jet air ejector to condenser) 7.5.2.2. Back water jet pump interlocking

7.5.2.3. Stop water jet pump, water jet tank stop replenish water 7.6. Duplex oil cooler 7.6.1. Input duplex oil cooler

7.6.1.1. Open the oil inlet valve of cooler, Put hand grip on interlocking

7.6.1.2. Open upper, lower oil cooler side atmospheric relieve valve, release air, when oil flow out, close atmospheric relieve valve ,open oil cooler outlet valve.

7.6.1.3. Put hand grip into up/down –side oil cooler operating direction(check arrows on grip)

7.6.1.4. When oil temp. >40℃, open operating side oil cooler inlet, outlet valve control oil temp. After open inlet valve, should open water side atmospheric relieve valve, release all air.(standby oil cooler side inlet, outlet valve close) 7.6.2. Duplex oil cooler switchover

7.6.2.1. Open pressure balance switch make oil gradually flow into standby oil cooler. 7.6.2.2. Immediately open all air relieve valve and inlet/outlet valve of standby cooler, till cooler full fill oil , water. Then close oil side air release valve and water side atmospheric relieve valve.

7.6.2.3. When two oil cooler inner pressure balance, open switching valve, make two oil cooler paralleling operating

7.6.2.4. When need changing–over, should adjust the outlet oil temperature of standby oil cooler into normal then shutdown the primary working cooler.

7.6.3. In order to avoid water leak into oil, oil cooler inner oil pressure must higher than

water pressure, oil cooler water outlet valve should total open, use inlet valve adjust water flow and make outlet oil temperature reach designed value

7.6.4. When shut down a oil cooler, need notice oil pressure and oil temperature , slowly

close oil side valve and water side valve. Close inlet valve first then close outlet valve, to avoid oil pressure, and oil temperature rise and fall

7.6.5. When oil cooler continuous long term running, every day day shift should open

inlet valve 10min wash by max flow rate

7.7. Switch over of filter: the front and back differential pressure of filter more than or

equal rated value(usually 0.035MPa), must switch over immediately, input standby oil filter, Method:

7.7.1. Open balance cock, make standby oil filter full fill oil

7.7.2. Open bypass pipeline release air from exhaust valve, till oil flow out, then close

exhaust valve.

7.7.3. Turning handle to changing-over, make standby oil filter put into use 7.7.4. Close balance cock, clean the changed oil filter and screen. 7.8. Regular water pump start, stop and maintain

7.8.1. Regular water pump operating 7.8.1.1. Checking before start

a. Contact electric people test motor insulation, power on after test qualified. b. Twirl back wheel should easy and flexible

c. Check each bearing oil level normal, oil qualify. d. Open little bit packing and bearing cooling water e. Check all form, table complete, open meter ball valve. f. Open inlet valve of water pump, close outlet valve.

7.8.1.2. Start steps:

a. Switching power, check below item:

1) 出口压力和电流正常;轴承润滑良好,油位正常,格兰不发热;outlet pressure

normal, current normal, bearing lubricating well, oil level normal. 2) Vibrate qualify, water pump and motor no abnormal sound.

3) After checking, slowly open water pump outlet valve, notice pressure and

current change:

If starting current too much, after start the indicator can not back to no-load position, need stop pump and check.

When input operating switch continually 2 times switched on failed, should stop start, start again after find out reason.

7.8.1.3. Maintain during operating

a. Serious supervision, careful vacuum, pressure, current all normal

b. Check water pump and motor sound, vibrate not higher than below data. Rotate speed(r/min) 1500 1000 3000 vibrate(mm) 0.08 0.10 0.06 c. According to flow rate, pressure, current, and working condition, start standby pump paralleling operate.

d. Notice bearing temperature not more than 75℃

e. Oil level normal, oil quality qualified, packing no fever f. Electric iron core temp. not higher than 105℃,temperature rise not more than 65℃

7.8.1.4. Shut down pump

a. Close outlet valve

b. Break off the operating switch

c. When pump need disassembly overhaul, close inlet, outlet, water seal valve, air valve, power off, hung up warning board, if water pump cannot isolate from operating system, affect unit normal working, report to chief, let he/she make decision if shutdown eliminate fault.

7.9 Glass fiber reinforced plastics cooling tower operation

7.9.1 Glass fiber reinforced plastics cooling tower technical data.

Type:10BNGZ-1200 Inlet water temp.43℃

Outlet water temperature:33℃ Capacity: 3600t/h

Include: cooling fan, exhausting outlet, water collector, facial plates, feed in pipe,

water distributor, padding, air inlet.

Hot water from water pipe through water distributor became water drop on padding, air from bottom enter into cooling fans, ender extraction, make reverse flow heat transfer achieve hot water cooling. 7.9.2 Cooling tower air fans main data:

Type: LF60

Rotate speed of air fan: 165 rpm Air quantity: 100×104m3/h Total pressure: 137Pa

This fan is axial flow fan designed for cooling tower, not only can provide suitable air quantity and pressure as required, but also high efficiency, can operating lone time under the humid environment of cooling tower. 7.9.3 Cooling water system operating. 7.9.3.1 Prepare and checking before start.

A Check pipeline, padding, water collector surface, inside pond no sundries, check extraction water pond and collector water pond water level, when low inform sourcing replenish to regular water lever.

B Check all adapting piece loose, cooling tower air fan oil level in correct position test run qualify.

C Check if the air fans of cooling tower power on. D Check if the valve of cooling tower always opens.

7.9.3.2 Start

Start air fans of cooling tower。

7.9.3 Operating route check

a、Relevant people rout check on circulating water system once per hour, check the air fan, circulating water pump, if foundation bolts loose, if the voice of circulating water pump normal.

b、Record if the current, voltage, vibrate value of circulating water pump and fans are in rated range, fans‘ gear box input center line bearing pedestal shell max vibrating range less than 6.3mm/s

c、Check tandby pump outlet pressure gauge(only have water column static pressure), if pressure gauge shows pressure, close outlet valve.

d、。When algae been found in circulating water obstruct operating, dosing to destroy, input water turbidity should not more than 50mg/L, and blowdown regularly according to the quality of water.

7.9.4 Cooling tower air fans shut down

? After steam turbine shut down, when cooling tower inlet water temp. less than

40℃ can stop

1) Open circulating inlet valve

2) Open inlet valve of backwash pump, water pressure more than 0.20MPa, open drain valve. Adjust re-cycle valve of recycle water pump, make the recycle quantity is about 1/3

7.10.2.2 Shut down filter

1) Close circulating inlet valve of filter

2) Shut down pump after close outlet valve of backwash pump 3) Close re-cycle valve of pump

4) When shut down during winter, release all water avoid freeze.

7.11 Input, shutdown and operating maintain 7.11.1 Input hot water heater

7.11.1.1。Open hot water heater inlet/outlet valve. 7.11.1.2 Check water level, if steel pipe leak.

7.11.1.3 。Check emergency drain valve manually status.

7.11.1.4 Open little bit steam inlet valve of hot water heater, heating 3-5min, close

emergency drain valve, slowly open air valve of hot water heater, and close when notic outlet water temperature is normal.

7.11.1.5 Slowly open steam inlet valve, reach rated pressure after 20min, when hot warter heater water level higher than 1/3 of water level indicator, transfer the drain water into

deaerator

7.11.1.6 After get normal, higher level of feed in water should not higher than 1/2 of level indicator. Heater outlet temperature should reach 70-90℃ 7.11.2Shut down hot water heater

Rules: To stop water heater need first close steam side valve, then close water side valve,

7.11.2.1 Slowly close heater steam inlet valve.

7.11.2.2 When inner pressure of water heater drop to 0.3Mpa, close the drain valve

(which link to deaerator) open water release valve.

7.11.3 Hot water heater mantain

7.11.3.1 Adjust hot water heater inlet steam pressure according to turbine load change, when pressure too low, the drain water of heart can‘t be transfer to deaerator then should shutdown hot water heater.

7.11.3.2。Always checking feed water high level, outlet temperature etc working situation. 7.11.3.3。When hot water heater main body leak, it‘s forbidden to operating.

7.11.3.4 Alarm: when water level of hot water heater higher than 350mm, or lower than 50mm.

8. steam turbine accident handling regulation 8.1. Accident handling principle

8.1.1. When accident happened, operator need come down and analyze the change of instrument and the appearance of equipment, make judgment on it character, eliminate the danger of human and equipment, find reason, and eliminate the fault. Make sure unaffected unit running regularly, ensure power supply.

8.1.2. During accident people on duty need follow below guide, to eliminate

8.1.2.1. Make sure device fault according to instrument indicating and external appearance

8.1.2.2. Quickly eliminate the danger of human and equipment, shut down accidental device in necessary

8.1.2.3. Quickly find out the nature, location , and the range of accident 8.1.2.4. Make sure all unaffected unit running regularly

8.1.2.5 Handling each stage of accident required report to supervisor on time, in order to make right solution avoid accident enlarge. 8.2 Accidental shutdown

8.2.1 Under below situation should break vacuum shutdown immediately 8.2.1.1 Turbine unit vibrate intensively or interior grating of metal been heard 8.2.1.2 Turbine unit have abnormal sound or smell burnt

8.2.1.3 Rotate speed up to 3330r/min but emergency trip governor not act 8.2.1.4 Any bearing out off oil or smoking 8.2.1. Rotor axial displacement over ±0.6mm, but emergency controller or surveillance device not act

8.2.1.6Any bear metal temperature over 110℃ but not shutdown automatic.

8.2.1 7Oil system on fire and can‘t quickly put out, seriously threaten turbine operating safety

8.2.1.8Oil level suddenly drops below min.oil level, cause of leak uncertain. 8.2.1.90.08MPa。Lubrication oil pressure drop to 0.08MPa 8.2.1.10 Steam turbine got water impulse
