摘 要
近年来,我国楼宇经济的发展速度呈几何式增长,这使得各地的经济也得到了迅速的发展,随之而产生的建设项目施工现场的安全事故案例也逐年增多。建筑业本身就属于一个危险度极高、安全事故频发、安全风险点极多的行业,虽然近年来,我国不断推出相关政策来减少很多不必要的损失,但从客观的角度来看,我国的安全管理能力仍然出来一个较为落后的水平,平均每年都会有数以千计的人丧生于施工现场的安全事故当中,这给国家、地方以及个人都造成了极大的损失。小的方面,安全事故的发生影响了工程的进度和成本,大的方面,则限制了国家的基本建设,牵制了社会的发展。因此,本文就施工现场的安全管理问题作一个深入的研究,先从研究的意义以及国内外研究现状入手,接着探讨安全管理的必要性,包括建筑施工的特点、国际施工现场安全管理标准介绍以及必须实行安全管理的依据等,第三步介绍识别安全风险的方法和相关风险点的介绍,第四步则是建设项目施工安全风险的应对策略,包含风险规避、风险接受、风险转移、风险降低等,最后结合相关国际安全管理案例得出本论文的研究结论。

ABSTRACT
In recent years, the development speed of building economy in China has grown exponentially, which makes the economy of all place has been developing rapidly。The attendant,construction site safety accidents of construction project increased year by year。The construction industry itself is a high degree of risk,safety accidents and safety risks in many industries。Although in recent years, our country has introduced relevant policies to reduce a lot of unnecessary losses,but from an objective point of view,China's safety management ability is still in a relatively backward level。among the average every year thousands of people died in accidents in the construction site,this to the state, local and private individuals have caused a great loss.Small ways, safety accidents affecting the project schedule and cost, large ways, is to restrict the basic national construction, to the development of society. Therefore, In this paper, the construction safety management problem on site to make a profound study, starting from the significance of the study as well as the domestic and foreign research present situation, then to discuss the necessity of safety management, characteristics, including the construction of the international standard construction site safety management and safety management must be implemented on the basis of introduction, third step method identification of security risks and risks associated with the introduction, the fourth step is the construction safety risk coping strategies of the construction of the project, including risk avoidance, risk acceptance, risk transfer, risk reduction, finally combining the research conclusion related case of international safety management concluded the research.
