摘要
随着我国加入WTO，企业面临的市场竞争越来越激烈。企业如何在激烈的竞求生存求发展，是企业面临的严峻挑战。对于企业来说，建立自己的竞争优势，选择一条适合自己生存发展的道路极为重要，企业文化在解决这些问题中起到了关键性作用。所以21世纪是竞争时代，更是文化竞争的时代，企业拥有了优秀的文化，就拥有了企业发展的根基，就能够在文化的引领下形成竞争优势，获得长足发展，因此企业文化成为企业生存和发展的关键因素。本论文通过对企业文化的相关概念与企业文化在企业发展中的作用的阐述，清晰了企业文化的内涵，强调了企业文化的价值作用，分析了我国企业文化在发展中的现状及发展趋势，并在其基础上，就企业文化在应用中如何解决面临的问题提出了相应的对策。

Abstract
With China's accession to the WTO, enterprises are facing increasingly fierce market competition. How the enterprise in the fierce competition for survival and development, is a severe challenge faced by the enterprise. For enterprises, to establish their own competitive advantage, is very important to choose a suitable for their own survival and development of the road, the enterprise culture in the solution of these problems plays a key role. So the twenty-first Century is the era of competition, more is the cultural competition era, the enterprise to have the outstanding culture, have the foundation of enterprise development, will be able to form the competition advantage in culture, to obtain the considerable development, therefore enterprise culture has become the key factor for enterprise survival and development. In this paper, the related concepts of enterprise culture and enterprise culture in the enterprise development in the role of paper, clear the connotation of the enterprise culture, emphasizes the value function of the enterprise culture, analyzes on the present situation and development trend of China's enterprise culture in the development, and on the basis, the enterprise culture in the application of how to to solve problems and put forward corresponding countermeasures.
